Needed a workstation to do some AI development, but the prices on newer GPUs are unreal. If you can find any newer GPUs with decent VRAM you are paying scalper prices, and it is just not worth it.I wound up getting an off lease HP workstation and ordered two of these GPUs to get close to the performance of a GPU with 24 Gbytes of VRAM.Testing showed very good performance. For sure with models that fit within a single card with 12Gbytes of VRAM and excellent performance with larger LLM models that fit within 24 Gbytes of VRAM.For under a total of $1000 I was able to build up a very usable AI development server. The RTX 3060 12 Gbyte GPU provides surprising performance.Since these were coming from Europe it took longer for them to arrive than I would have liked, but they arrived factory sealed and both GPUs working flawlessly in a Linux based system.

Wonderful Graphics Card came completely Intact it makes no Noise and Performance is Excellent. Graphics look amazing! 100% Recommend getting the RTX 3060.

I didn't purchase my gpu off of Amazon, my pc was prebuilt(I know, I know, I rebuilt it from scratch so it's now a custom built, relax). I've used the 3060 for about 2-3 years now and as I learned more about performance, and efficency. I realize this card is well worth. Of course everyone wants the new graphics cards, new cpu and I get why but sometimes you don't need to go ham on a gpu especially if your not gonna multitask, like gaming and streaming or get into 3d animation and all that resource intensive tasks. Great mid tier card, don't let the "mid" fool you though, end tier is like 4090 or 5000 series. The 12gb vram is a huge +Edit - Okay so recording games has been a new thing of mine with obs and this card can run some pretty heavy settings. This card can actually multitask nicely when it comes to recording software and games. I'm not into 3d works and all that but just a little update that this card can handle multitasking.

Graphics card cuts out while running with latest drivers installed and tried ddu to install a more stable update. Item it had been opened before with the security tape having been torn open. Still working on getting it to run reliably.
