Works great for half the price

Don’t buy, it will leak
Don’t waste your money! The first time we brought this it had a leak out the waste “back wash” pipe. The seller graciously accepted a trade for new item. We ran the pump through the winter so no freezing would occur and now we try to run the pump longer and the slow drip we dealt with since the replaced item… now sprays tons of water when pump is on “filter mode”(it should not allow water to come out at all through the “back wash” pipes, onto the ground. We are past the return Date and cannot contact seller about complaint. We will have to trash the item and buy a new one. What a waste of our hard earned money. Don’t waste your money!

PRICE, PRICE & PRICE
Perfect fit on my DE filter. Works great. Highly recommend for the price. 3 times cheaper than Leslie's pool local.

Works perfectly
My old unit developed a crack in a seam. The older one was the higher price model. I took a chance with this one because of Amazon return policy. Well it fit perfectly and has been operating perfectly. Easy to install.

It’s a knock off brand but it works flawlessly
Great product description, perfect performance, perfect fit. This is a difficult part to change for the average person but if your good with plumbing you won’t have a problem.

Leaked immediately
Spent about 2 hours installing. Found top bulkhead fitting leaking as soon as system filled with water (see video). It appears that the pipe was not adequately cemented/solvent welded to the valve body during manufacturing. Very disappointing. Now I have to buy another one, remove and return this one and redo the install. Will not chance using this same manufacturer/company.

Running well so far and was an exact copy of the name-brand unit it replaced. Much less expensive as well. I'll update if that changes.
