Literally changed my life. I can't tell you how many bad night's sleep I have had in my life because of muscle tension through exercise.This thing works. I honestly wasn't expecting foam rollers to work this well, but they do.Watch a few videos on how best to use it, and soon you too will not have to suffer another restless leg night as a cyclist.

Made from firm foam and overall very good quality.It is not rubber like some cheaper versions.

I bought this as I have a very tight calf towards the bottom near the achilles tendon. I find this hasn't helped a great deal as it never quite hits the spot no matter how many different ways I use it. To benefit from it I feel you need to apply more pressure. I also have tight shoulders and it is near impossible to target them with this foam roller.Whilst I think it would be good on quads, hamstrings, and maybe the lower back, I think it is quite limited in what it can achieve.
