I don'T see the tracks it slides on. Are those included?

Our product are equipped with wheels on the X-axis for unlimited sliding and fixing without the need to move the tracks .

What is the height of the sled from workbench after installation?

After the slab jig is installed, it‘s 3.35inches away from the workbench

How to quickly adjust height of the sled?

The router sled can be adjusted up to 5.5inches ,It can be increased by using the Height Gauge Set or cutting wood blocks

Does the router always have to be restricted ?

Router can be moved according to your needs, when you need to process a straight line in the Y-axis direction, lock the router at a specific position on the guide and move the whole sled; If you need to machine in the X-axis direction, fix the star clamping knob of the L-shaped plate and lock the Y-axis position; There is no restriction on X/Y axis in normal condition.
