Good if you need methylated vitamins
I have bought these 4 times so far. The taste is good, they dissolve fast and have helped get my vitamin count up. I cannot take iron orally and have a gene mutation that I need methylated vitamins. Sometimes the tablets do break, and they do have 3 or 4 different artificial sweeteners which I don't like that part but I haven't been able to find another vitamin yet that has what I need.

My go to vitamins
My go to brand and type of vitamins. Whenever I swallow vitamins, I get an upset stomach. These do not cause that issue at all and the taste is mild but pleasant.

Vitamin or treat?
Wanted a basic vitamin supplement that was easy on the digestion. Delicious apple taste, melts clean, no odd aftertaste. Its a keeper.

Great multi-vitamin
These taste good until a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Not a deal changer. They seem to be of hight quality by the ingredient listing. Comprehensive grouping of vitamins. I like that there’s the choice of not having iron, and of choosing for a man’s or woman’s version. Have been taking these for years.

Melts in your mouth
This is the only vitamin that doesn’t upset my stomach. The one I was using was discontinued. I tried a couple of others but didn’t like them. These are really great.

Does the trick, vitamin is larger in comparison to others
Pill is larger than expected. Also will notice a sweet taste yet overall good for sublingual/low absorption. Wish the pill was a little smaller like the Vit D and B12 options and takes a little longer to dissolve due to size.

Love them! Not overloaded with amounts any normal person wouldn’t need. Perfect 100% amount of daily recommended values. I love the Apple taste!!!
