Old people like me need these to help maintain muscle mass and these are as good of a value as I've come across so I've ordered them multiple times. They're capsules that go down easily, so what more can one ask for?

I've been using HMB as directed as part of a weight and cardio training program. I believe it has contributed to more strength and muscle mass than I would have achieved without the supplement.

This was my first time trying HMB. The supplement itself seems solid, but I wish I’d known a few things before ordering. The capsules are fairly large, and the recommended dose is six per day. Combine that with the seven capsules needed for their equivalent creatine product, and you’re suddenly looking at 13 pills a day. To make matters worse, if you leave them in your mouth too long, they start to taste pretty unpleasant. After a few tries, I experimented with opening the capsules and mixing the powder into my protein shake. That worked well enough, so I switched to buying the powdered versions of both HMB and creatine. The powder slightly mutes the chocolate flavor of my shake, but it’s far better than choking down a mountain of pills every day.

I have only taken this 5 weeks along with L-LUECINE and Ursolic Acid, and have noticed more strength in my legs in getting up, and walking up stairs.

Appears to be working. Will and have reordered.

It does what it says it does I will buy it again

I bought it so my muscle loss would slow down and it has helped immensely. I am not a medical doctor but I am happy with the results I got in the month I have used this.

So far so good. Not a fan of the number of pills per serving, but I guess it's better than drinking the stuff.
