Before this controller I always stuck with major brands, PS4, PS5, Elite Xbox... I was tired of them still needing repair or replace in fairly quick fashion.I have had this controller now for several months and I LOVE IT! I use it on PC and mobile devices. The rear programmable buttons are intuitive, easy to set up and ergonomic. You can adjust location depending on grip and style or use all 4.The joysticks and D-pad are exceptional. The triggers as well.The only complaint (if it even is one) is the joystick grip has a tendency to gunk up a bit and clearning them seems to wear down a bit.The fact that I can buy several of these for the price of a major brand controller that does the same or worse, and most all of them have lower specs and less features negates any worry about the wear on the joystick grips.I did a good deal of research before buying this and an beyond happy with my purchase. I have had zero issues with the controller so I can't speak to the customer service but, I have had zero issues.. so yeah.

As advertised, the hall effect joysticks don't drift in the slightest, with practically zero deadzone needed. I have a massive controller collection, but I've stopped using most in favor of this. The padding on the sticks is nice too; not bumpy or grippy, but surprisingly durable with no signs of wear over a year of regular use. The mode button is super convenient, if only to emulate a Switch Pro Controller. However, it doesn't emulate HD Rumble at all, making the switch mode feel sort of empty depending on the game. The triggers aren't like the Pro Controller's either, shaped more like XBOX and with no tactile bump.It didn't take long before I ran into issues. The sticks are the only high-end part of this controller; the rest is just "good enough":- The D-Pad isn't mushy, but isn't anything outstanding either. The Pro Controller's is slightly better.- The bumpers are the worst of any modern controller I own. They're cheap-feeling, ever-so-barely clicky, and the underlying button is skewed to the side, making them feel more like a lever than a button.- Worst of all, one of the face buttons started squeaking after maybe 5-6 months of regular use. It now comes and goes, and I just have to live with it.As many things as I can nitpick, these issues aren't deal-breakers. This controller is still my daily driver, solely because I know the sticks will last.

Muy bien en general, se siente sólido y de buena calidad, muy bien los análogos pero el d-pad no es de lo mejor se siente duro y como un gran botón, para mi gusto no fluye muy bien por ejemplo si lo usará para un juego de peleas o para ser un poco más preciso.
