I absolutely love this griddle! I was in the market for an electric griddle but wanted to avoid Teflon. The ceramic surface is a fantastic alternative. It's very durable, and the pancakes turned out perfectly! The heat distribution is even, so the food didn’t stick at all. The griddle easily detaches from the stand and the electric cord, making cleanup a breeze. I highly recommend it!

I've purchased this to do quick meals for breakfast and dinner and have searched endlessly, comparing different brands. This griddle is the best, very easy to clean, heats fast, has a huge cooking surface, and does a great job at cooking various meals. The only downside is that the right side tends to be a bit hotter than the left side but not by a great degree.

Glad I selected this Hamilton Beach Electric Griddle…it’s even reversible! With its temperature control dial, it was easy to set and reset the heat from 200-400 degrees! With its griddle size of 200 sq inches, it was easy to cook a volume of food! And, with its non-stock surface, it was so easy to clean!

Not sure how it happened or when, but product arrived with major damage. So disappointing.

This griddle heats evenly. There are no dead spots. I just wish there was a carrying case available for it. We take it camping and the cardboard box is not adequate. I bought a canvas(?) one from Amazon but because of the griddles demension it's not a good fit all. I took away one star because of the lack of a carrying bag. The griddle is great!

Product is two years old and still operating as intended. Have no problems with it.

This is the slickest, easiest grill. My husband has taken it over trying all kinds of pancakes. The results are cooked so evenly. Highly recommend
