This umbrella is fantastic.I purchased it few days ago, it has been a reliable addition to my patio.This patio umbrella meets all my expectations and more. The design is pretty appealing and fits perfectly with my outdoor decor. The build quality feels reassuring and gives me confidence in its durability.The price is very reasonable for such a high-quality product. It’s also nice how it provides excellent shade on sunny days.I recommend this to anyone looking to elevate their outdoor space without breaking the bank.

I bought the 10x10 with a base. I wanted to shade the fake grass so it stays cool for my dog to do her business. I don’t need to tilt it because I wouldn’t be able to walk around it. I love how easy it is to open and close. No crank!The 4 plastic base pieces came in the square cardboard box. I filled them with water and set them near where I wanted the stand to go. Step 3 the stand pole is in the base of the umbrella and not packaged separately. Step 4 part I, the cover plate. Don’t snap it in place until you are done. It sticks to the base cover so the cover will move as you rotate the pole. Also insert only one part N (not F) to the bottom hole in the sleeve. I had a neighbor help me lift the umbrella in place. Add the base before installing the umbrella. Once it is installed all the way onto the stand pole add the second part N screw. Then I performed step 5. Throw the 4 plastic plugs away and insert the 4 umbrella plugs. I love this umbrella!

This umbrella is both beautiful and sturdy. It provides generous coverage for my entire deck and is easy to open with just one hand. The rotating arm is a fantastic feature! Best of all, it's priced even lower than at Costco!

Weights not heavy enough even with the sand plus water. Looking for additional weight. Nice umbrella but went over with a single gust of wind. Love the size and held up to falling over. We just reinforced one area that bent slightly.

My old one break down and I got this 9x12 are work great for my patio The hydraulic lift and 360° rotation make it so easy to adjust for perfect shade on the patio, and the beige color still looks great with my outdoor setup. It’s held up well against sun and light rain, and the base keeps it steady. My family loves relaxing under it during BBQs. Definitely worth every penny

Received in two packages, which only one package is tracked, so a little confusing given they arrived on two different days.Overall, total package arrived in 3 days. Easy to assemble, just follow the instructions and be patient. You can assemble in about 1 to 2 hours.Overall build quality is good. Very pleased with my purchase!

Directions are very difficult to follow. There’s no crank you have to push it up. So if you’re older and have minimal strength, it would be very difficult to get this umbrella to go up. I even struggle with getting it to pull down. I would not recommend this product
