I have a pressurized leak 5 foot under ground, in a geo thermal heating system. will it detect that do yo think

The ULD needs the leak to be venting to atmosphere. We do not make a unit that will work for underground leaks. bob@omnicontrols.com

If I have a pressurised product with tiny leakage will this pick it up?

It depends on how small the leak is. Pressure leaks are found more easily than vacuum leaks. I have detected a .002 in leak with 6 psi pressure.

How does it find a possible bad bearing?

didn't know it was used for that but it is possible it picks up sound so if a bearing started making noise it is possible
