Top quality rack with terrific accessories and easy assembly instructions
Assembling this high-quality SysRacks rack was a pleasant surprise compared to other racks Iโve purchased on Amazon. First was the quality of the included components and packaging. It was unbelievably well packed, with padding on the outside, double cardboard case, and copious amounts of foam inside. Nothing was going to break in the shipment. Thatโs first class service that few Amazon sellers provide. Then once I opened up everything I found a comprehensive detailed assembly manual in English, not the single sheet sign language version Iโve seen in the past. This manual contained detailed close-ups of assemblies, and specific instructions on installing every component. Then there was the hardware packaging, the best Iโve ever seen (see pic). Instead of dumping everything in a plastic bag, SysRacks segregates each hardware type in its own little bin in a sturdy plastic box. The instructions then call out that specific bin number when you need to get the bits for assembly. No parts get lost, and this box doubles as a sorting tray to avoid losing pieces during the assembly. There was also plenty of extra hardware, something you never see these days. Other vendors seemingly hate to spend extra money on even a single screw. I verified all the promised accessories were shipped with this rack: a quality, 8-port surge-suppressed 15A PDU, a 120V fan, full sized shelf, and leveling feet. And then I found a bonus: an amazingly well crafted cage nut compression tool for easing painful cage nut installation (see pic). This is far more sophisticated than the average little piece of spring metal typically supplied. Again, SysRacks is first class all the way. The instructions are crystal clear, but they also supply a YouTube video if you canโt follow those. I didnโt need the video. It took about an hour to put together, and nothing was difficult in the least. The panels are heavy gauge steel, with a durable powder coated black finish. All the holes and frame parts aligned perfectly, with great precision. This is in contrast to other racks of assembled were you actually have to use screws to pry things in the position. It helps to have a rubber mallet to tap things into place before screwing down. Also, in contrast to other racks Iโve received from Amazon, thanks to the excellent packaging there were no bent parts. One final comment: the lock on this locking cabinet is truly a first rate industrial design. Itโs the equal of anything Iโve seen on a commercial rack from APC or Dell. Itโs also tamper proof, and beefy enough to not fall apart after just a few uses. The side panels also came with their own locks, but these are the cheaper kind that you get with other cabinets. However, you wonโt use these as often so the quality isnโt as critical. You get what you pay for, and SysRacks delivers high-quality for the price.

Very Attractive Price for SOHO/SMB and Quality Build.
Bought the rack enclosure to properly organize my home network. I have always wanted to have a proper rack for the home network and this hits the spot between quality and a solid price for a home network setup although to my surprise this is also a very effective rack for a SOHO or Small/Medium Business. I mean it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of an APC rack but, again, for a SOHO or SMB this would easily work if your budget is of concern. I give it 5 stars because it is excellent quality, easy to build and mount equipment, has casters for mobility but can also be easily mounted as well, measurements are spot on and a very attractive enclosure that looks great. It is not thick or deep like some larger rack enclosures so will easily fit within its measurements.

Good overall though flimsy (is it just me?)
Updated 08-15-2021 (three weeks too late): I have to give credit to the seller. After posting my initial review and also contacting them via "message", to my surprise, I found a shipped box at my door step which included a new "Top". Thank you very much, I truly appreciate your great service and support - and quick response. 07-09-2021::Initial review (pending seller's response) Is it just me who experienced this? The parts fits together alright, but the gaps, especially the side removable 'doors' are pretty flimsy despite being lockable!? I received the package and right out the box, I find that the top's right corner (if you're facing the glass door) has a slight dent which, apparently, caused quite a bit of "imbalance". I wasn't able to insert a screw to secure the Top's right corner (see pictures). Then see the video which shows the flimsy sides. Am I expecting too much or is this how it should or was designed to, be? This review is on the same day (night) I emailed the seller asking for help OR to send me a pre-assembled cabin, given that I already paid for shipping and received a slightly damaged component/part. Further, it's too late to send it back. I spent two days putting it together, so I'm not about to take it apart and ship it back. Let's see what the seller says. Overall, I would be very happy with the design, height, depth, parts/components and features; had everything worked and fit together right out the box.

THIS RACK KEEPS ME UP AT NIGHT - Because I LOVE IT!!!
FANTASTIC SERVER RACK! This has worked really well for a network rack and 2 smallish desktop computers racked. The case looks awesome sitting in my studio next to my desk. It was relatively easy to assemble, 2 people would have made it easier but I did pretty much the entire build solo. This is for my home studio, and home lab. The main reason I went with an enclosed rack was to โbaby proofโ my home studio and office. Instead of buying a million small things to keep my son safe while in my office. I ended up choosing a sysracks rack, because I had heard nothing but excellent feedback from friends and colleagues about their experience with sysracks support team. They have not disappointed! Super knowledgeable, very willing to help with whatever they can, and you can tell they take pride in their product(which is really amazing to see). I would give this Experience 10+ stars. Iโm going to have to be upgrading this rack to a 32u with a longer depth, and Iโm definitely looking at buying this same enclosure from sysracks in the larger size. Things that Iโve learned from this build. **** make sure and talk through your build with support before purchase. I learned the hard way and didnโt, but I recently called and they were very informative and I feel I could have saved a bunch of small headaches if I would have done that first. 1. With this depth rack. Enterprise servers just wonโt fitโฆ but it works EXCELLENT for Desktop computers that need to be racked. 2. The depth was kind of hard to work around, but that ended up helping in the long run because it makes you dig deep and plan your cable management. 3. The rack came with a good manual and links to install videos. But the home lab community had plenty of good videos on YouTube(check out techno Timโs review) 4. I ordered the rack and it told me it was going to take a month for delivery, but sysracks is so good they had it to me in 3 days. 5. They do a very good job of packaging, so it wasnโt to crazy of a chore to get this up a flight of stairs with help. I recommend doing the build of the rack the same place you are going to store it. At the end of the day this was a GREAT experience! I just wish I would have gotten a deeper rack.

Perfect Rack with Style
Solid rack. Quality is top tier. I love the look as it does not take away from the vibe of my office. The only regret I have is that I did not go bigger. I have it packed, arranged to allow enough air flow to keep my equipment stable. The single fan is quiet, but I had to add a 1u 3-fan unit to make sure enough air was being pulled up and out. There are vents in the front, Sysrack labeling that is open and vents at the bottom on both left and right side. Any air that may circulate from the 1u fan has adequate room to vent out if a circular airflow is happening. All and all I stand by a solid 5 rating for this rack. It was easy to put together by myself with easy to follow instructions. And the price was really good. It functions exactly as I need it to. And it fits perfectly next to my desk.

Decent, could be a lot better.
Overall, it's good enough. Having 20 years experience in a data center environment, it could be WAY better. Pros: It looks decent and assembly instructions were okay. Shipment packaging seemed to be good... It hasn't collapsed. Cons: Out of the box the side panels were dented, the ends of two rails were bent, and the powdercoat was coming off. No signs of shipping damage on the box. Everything outside of the top and bottom panels flex way too easily. The metal used for those pieces is AT LEAST 2 gauges too thin for proper use. Even after assembly, it's very easy to flex side to side. Lastly, a fixed back panel is not optimal. If a fixed panel is necessary, there needs to be holes in it for airflow. The exhaust fan cannot compete with multiple servers, UPS, switch, etc. A thicker gauge mesh panel would allow better airflow. Suggestions: The included exhaust fan has a 12v plug - no PWM controls. For a home office, it's a bit loud so I would suggest swapping it out for a 120mm with fan header to USB adapter. Then, plug it into your hottest computer and control speeds from there. The shelves need to have front/rear mounting points along with side mounting.

Very sturdy cabine for my homelab or IT needs
At the moment, I'm redoing my home lab and I was looking for a cabinet to use. I found Sysrack by luck from a random Google search. I put it together this weekend and I couldn't be happier. At my company, I'm the Head of Infrastructure, and I'm very familiar with data cabinets. This will be a great addition to my test environment at home. It's self-enclosed, and it came with a few other things that I thought were a good addition. They give you two sturdy shelves. Im using one for my Synology NAS and the other one for mini PC and Raspberry Pi clusters. They also give you a PDU which I thought was fantastic. When I have my equipment in it, I will take some pics just to show everyone here how nice it is. Also to put it together its not rocket science, and not overly complicated. If you have any questions please let me know.

Great Unit
Easy to assemble and looks great. Very happy with this unit. It came with a few dings on the top panel but that was the shipping company not the seller.

The perfect rack for a small network
As a growing home lab enthusiast, I found myself running out of space and a lack of organization on my desk. A full-size floor rack was out of the question, so I decided to go with a wall-mount solution. After some research, I settled on this 9U wall mount network rack, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It has completely transformed my complete mess in the utility room, by tidying up my equipment and organizing everything in a nice rack. The build quality of this rack is exceptional. It's made of a heavy-gauge steel that feels incredibly solid and secure. The powder-coated finish is flawless and gives it a clean, professional look. I was initially a bit concerned about mounting something this heavy to the wall, especially with the weight of a switch, router, patch panel, and other gear, but the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly with standard 16-inch wall studs. The included hardware was robust, and after a few hours of careful installation, the rack felt completely immovable. It's clear this product was designed with both stability and ease of installation in mind. What truly makes this rack a winner is its thoughtful design. The removable side panels are a huge plus for easy access to all my components. I can easily get behind the equipment to manage cables, and it's simple to swap out gear as my needs evolve. The 9U capacity provides ample room for my current setup with plenty of space to grow. It has helped me to get my cables neatly routed and tied down, which has made a massive difference in troubleshooting and general tidiness. If you're looking to get your networking and server gear off the desk and create a clean, organized, and secure space, this 9U wall mount rack is an excellent investment.

Assembly issues and bit flimsy
For the price expected more rigid product, bit flimsy even with all side on! Also issues assembling, difficult with shelving assembly.

Amazing product.
It looks great. Easy to install, high quality. I used it before and I know it last forever. I used only one shelve and I hide all surplus cable inside. There is a fan on top for heat rejection. I would like to have it in side or back panels. I always put a monitor in top and i have always to mention to my customers to not move monitor in top of the fan. I know a shelve can hold few computers. I used three and there is more space for others.
