Good helmet, buy larger.
Tip: buy much bigger that you think you need. Manufacturer would like you snug as a yolk in an egg for liability issue,s but for day-to-day use, nothing is worse than a tight helmet. I considered large versus xlarge, got XL, and am not only happoy I did, but almost wish for XXL. The brim thingy on this helmet is rather hard to put on and non-adjustable; if one buys a large enough helmet to begin with, they can wear a baseball cap or short brimmed cap underneath it if they want a brim.

Runs small
Very solid helmet and the sun visor was a nice addition. I used the sizing chart on the pro-tec website and found it to be WAY off; this was far too small but should have fit per the measurement chart.
