OK, so I haven't tried to drown in it yet. I guess that's the ultimate test. I'm large and barrel-chested, and it fits true to size comfortably without feeling like a sausage in a casing. Buckle and strap hardware seems durable and not cheap. With this color, even if you do drown, they'll have no trouble finding you.

This is a fantastic PFD Jacket. First off I ordered it along with another brand in a similar size just to compare the two. This one was longer, roomier, and more sleek in its design. Overall it was far more comfortable than I would have expected. It seriously adjusts out from about 2xl to 7xl+. It's not heavy, bulky, or uncomfortable to wear. Its just a really great fit. I'm super happy with my purchase and glad I went with a name brand like Body Glove instead of cheap knockoffs. It's worth paying the extra just for the comfort.

If you are looking for a big person sized vest, this is it!! my husband and I are big people and we didn't want a vest that just swallowed us up at the neck when sitting in our kayaks. This fit us both great and stayed put on our chests. I highly recommend this product!!

Nice quality/adjustability. I am 6'2", 195 lbs. This lifejacket is big on me. Synch it up as tight as possible and it will ride up. Made for larger folks.

I am a lady and I wear a Woman's size 18-22 depending on style, brand, etc. and I am, lets just say, a little top heavy. I know that often sports gear is small for the size it says on it - for instance often I will pick something up that says XL and it is really like a Medium. I was very happy that this vest fit with plenty of room to spare! My husband tried it on and he is an 2xl Tall (6'7") and it was too small for him (He could buckle it but it had to be let all the way out and was too tight) and super short kinda like a mid-riff shirt - so I would not recommend it for a big guy. I bought him a 6X in another brand instead.I also like that this vest is not bulky in the armpits at all. I can wear it and row the canoe and it doesn't bunch up or shift much and I don't feel trapped which happens sometimes with these style vests.All in all a great price and worth the purchase. I would buy this again or recommend it to folks my size or a little bigger but like I said... not a tall guy for sure!

Even though these are well made life jackets, I gave it a one for comfort as I bought them for kayaking. When sitting down in the kayak they ride up and are pushing up on the back of your head. I think they would be great for any other water activity as long as your not sitting down on a seat such as a kayak.

This was perfect!!! We purchased 2, in XL i think.. we could have even gone a size smaller & I’m 48 inches around the boob/chest area. I’m 5’3 and it covered all my torso. It fits great on my bf too, he is 5’9 and has a pretty big chest/shoulders. Fit perfectly on him too
