Lights look great. Cable is very robust so they’re really noticeable. Brightness is OK when dealing with whites and blues, but not that effective in the red / green space.Nanoleaf app is good and you can control via HomeKit, but you can’t set the various scenes up that way. Nice feature is that it remembers the last setting so no need to keep resetting.Lots of functional and themes in the Nanoleaf app and enough functionality in the Home app to make is easy to set up.With all Nanoleaf products, update the firmware before you do anything. Always releasing new features and making thinks easier to do.Highly recommend.

Great design, controllable & waterproof. You get what you pay for!

15M Starter Kit + 15M extension using with Apple HomeKit - First ordered and received in December 2024. They worked for a week then failed, only 15M extension cable lit up, not the 15M starter kit with the power supply. Contacted Nanoleaf who took weeks to respond and didn't advise anything I hadn't already tried several times (factory reset, removing from HomeKit and re-adding, different sockets etc.). Eventually discovered it was the Power Loss Recovery setting in the Nanoleaf app being enabled that was causing the issues. Set up again and immediately disabled this setting and they worked.Fast forward four months after having them turned off, but not unplugged, since January and they now do not work at all. There is no power to the main 15M starter kit, have tried multiple sockets and resetting. Presumably the power supply block is faulty but as it is a sealed unit there is no way of checking. Maybe it's the fuse in the plug? But that is also sealed so no way of checking.Nanoleaf support is woeful, taking weeks to respond and not acknowledging faults. Amazon have been great and have now arranged a collection of the faulty lights and replacement ones to be sent out, all within 24 hours. Hopefully the replacements will be better...

So easy to use. Enhances my terrace even further. Loving the range of colours and scenes. Can’t stop looking outside!And best part it’s waterproof + the wires easily slot through the windows so you can control the settings from indoors!

First lot had to be sent back but lucky with this set. Used them on my hedge for Halloween and they looked the part under spiders webs plus lots of lights. Good range of colours and quick to switch on and off. I'm still on the fence on nanoleaf products but these are pretty good.

I know Nanoleaf for their desk lighting so I jumped at the chance to have some of their outdoor lights too. With 15M of lights I knew I'd be able to cover quite a lot of space with them. When the box arrived it had a nice weight to it and I was shocked by just how much 15m of lights is!They're really high quality lights and I've enjoyed playing around with the different colours and brightness' over the summer nights. The app is nice and easy to use and I had no issue controlling the lights.They've really brightened up my garden space and being able to change the colours makes it feel new and exciting each time.

Lights don’t work due to faulty power unit. Have spent almost a week trying to speak to Nanoleaf to organise a replacement or returning the lights and getting no where. Only half the lights turn on.Nanoleaf seem to ask a lot of questions but don’t actually know what to do when an item is faulty. I have asked and asked for a solution and now they are ignoring all contact.These lights seem like a perfect product - they feel quality but unless they actually work it’s just an expensive pile of plastic.You also can’t complain to Amazon or to arrange a return as Amazon simply refer you to the Nanoleaf site which isn’t helpful at all.
