One of the worst cycle I have owned. I have Atlas and Hero cycles.. Bought this one for my son.. and it one of the worst products and service from the Cult.. First order was made on 12th July 2025 and the cycle was delivered very quickly and then it took 2 days for the technician to show up.. The cycle was damaged and they did not replace.. They cancelled the order after fighting with the customer care... I had got this on an offer and Amazon was not ready to replace and had to order again paying almost 1000 Rs more than the previous order.. The second order was done on 17th and cycle was delivered by 19th July 2025.. And this time the technician never turned up for almost a week after repeated calls.. So around 25th July, I took the bike to a local repair shop and paid them and got it done.. Had to pay extra for the transport too.. Also had to take it couple of times to local repair shop because the gear would not fall correctly.. Up shift was ok, but the down shift was bad and always the chain would slip out of the gears.. the mechanic changes a the cable and made some adjustments and its worked, but it would never go to first gear all the time.. After a few days, the front brake nut fell off and the whole disc brake assy fell apart.. Luckily it didnt get jammed in the wheel and my son was not hurt.. Again I had to take to a mechanic because it needed to be fixed immediately and cult was charging 800 for a technician visit.. which my local repair shop did it for 100 Rs... On 22nd jan 2026, exactly 3 days after 6 months of delivery, the cycle's pedal arm thread got stripped out (because of the bad quality material they use).. and when I call for warranty, they said the cycle was delivered on 19th and the warranty has expired and they cannot replace the part and again asked me to book an appointment with the technician for 800 Rs + Parts charge.. Even after reasoning them multiple times that the installation was not done on 19th and almost was 27th by the time i could use it... They point blank rejected the warranty claim.. So, please think about this before buying.. the cycle is available for a low cost, but the build quality and customer service is very very poor.. If you ignore this experience with 4 Star rating it has, you will learn about it the hard way..

Cycle is robust and works quite well on rough terrains. Good for beginner cyclists. Gears work well even though I shifted gears while pedaling multiple times. The seat could've been more comfortable. It's painful for long distances. One strong complaint: I didn't receive the coupon code for the cultfit app for the first 2 months. Had to call multiple times to get that. Overall worth the money 👍🏻

This was one of the worst experience that I have had in my entire online ordering journey. The installation took 2 days and then when all was done, I took it home with me, On the second day while coming to the office the handle got loose and came out from its position. The service request took another 24 hours for the service guy to come and fix the handle. The man that came to fix also sait that the handle is not good of this model. The alignment of the handle and wheel wasn't good. The fix wasn't good. It was a bad experience. Not recommended. The refund for the same took about 13days and that too not on its own, I had to call the Amazon customer care 3 times.

Overall quality is good, but the gears dont shift properly, it gets stuck or doesn't shift smoothly. When on the first or last gear the chain often slips off the sprocket. It has been just one day since i got the cycle delivered and have faced this chain slipping issue a hundred times. Even the service centre people are not responding. This cycle doesn't even use Shimano gears, it uses gears by a comapny called UT, and has a very bad quality

The ride quality is excellent, and the build is top-notch. I had an issue with the gear shifter shortly after purchase, but the support team went above and beyond to resolve it quickly by sending a replacement shifter. A big thank you to the support team for their outstanding service! I highly recommend this cycle to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported ride. Like others, I too felt the seat a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, it's an excellent product, 100% worth our penny. Team cult sports, Bravo!!
