Just hit buy now. You won't regret it.
The media could not be loaded. Can't go wrong. Checks all the blocks: USA made, Magnacut blade, ball bearings, aluminum scales. Great EDC folder. Light weight, solid lockup. Been using it for a few weeks now(light duty stuff like boxes, straps, string, not abusing it), hasn't really shown any signs of wear. Real sharp out of the box. Blade opens and closes really easily and smooth, easily flickable. Switched to pocket clip to opposite side for lefty.

Excellent, fun EDC knife
The moment I unboxes this knife I knew I was going to love it. The green micarta texture against the tumbled stainless hardware is a great look, with the overall appearance being quickly recognizable as a Kershaw. The knife flips openly easily with comfortable thumbstuds and good geometry for a snappy start. The lockup is sturdy and I love how these types of locks allow the blade to swing free when disengaged. The blade itself is on the thin side so I am concerned about heavy use for this one. Comparing it to other EDCs like the Osborne the blade seems fragile. Despite that, I was primarily attracted to this knife for the Magnacut steel and it has not disappointed. Wicked, scary sharp and has been tough through the first few days of opening packaging and random household tasks. I have a few EDCs I rotate and it’s hard not to pick this knife every day! I think the sweet spot for blades is around 3.25-3.5” so this blade is a little compact in that regard. The light weight, aesthetics and entertainment value along with reasonable price point makes this knife a safe bet for a lot of folks.

Super Sweet at a Great Price.
Awesome quality, fit, finish, Value, operation and looks. It has 3.4" blade in Magnacut that comes crazy sharp. If I were to change anything on this knife I would like to see it with a 4" blade. It is slim in the pocket and is an ultra EZ carry. I am impressed and highly recommend this knife.

Soooo smooth..and sharp!
Holy cannoli! Awesome metal and lock up design. Opens like butter! Blade is a bit thin though. Light duty knife..fancy fruit knife. Great ergonomics here, nice and grippy but still a smooth aluminum handle. I love this knife along with its fellow USA made “dividend”. Buy them both!!

Definitely worth it
Edge wasn't great when I got it but it was as good as most factory edges. Sharpened it up to a mirror polish and it is super slice. Blade shape is awesome for pretty much all cuts. Knife is super lightweight and pretty thin. Action is perfect as is the blade centering. It's incredibly similar but actually better in almost every way than my Benchmade CF/S90V Bugout. I was hesitant to spend this much on a Kershaw but I find myself using it more than my Spydercos (except for my K390 Dragonfly 2, love that little knife)

Really impressive
I own 3 Benchmade knives, and I'm quickly becoming a Benchmade fanboy... so I was hesitant to "mix" brands in the premium section of my knife collection, but I am SO glad I did. I'm very impressed with this Kershaw knife. As others have said:The fit & finish is outstanding. The action is light and smooth and easily competes with Benchmade, even un-oiled and out of the box. This mechanism definitely beats Benchmade's Axis mechanism. There is little to no blade play. It's lightweight but sturdy in the hand. This thing is a true Bugout/Bailout killer. I feel bad even mentioning value, because this knife honestly competes with knives twice its price, and I wouldn't have even questioned it at or near the $300 range, especially being USA-made with a Magnacut blade.I'd highly recommend this knife, with the only unknowns being that, since this is a "day 1" review, IDK how well the action will hold up (or get even better!?), how consistent the quality control is, or how Kershaw's warranty/service department compares to Benchmade. If I could even find a complaint, it would be that the box it comes in is not nearly as "fancy" as Benchmade. But ain't no way that a fancier box is worth $150.

Exceptional knife.
Fit and finish are amazing. Opening is effortless. I love the blade shape and only time will tell if this steel is really that great. My S35VN steel was hard to beat, according to reviews, Magnacut should fare better. The knife is sharp, but only after a little work on the water stone, I wasn’t overly impressed by the way it came, but that’s not a deal breaker at all because I always touch up a new knife to make sure it’s har shaving sharp. The only complaint so far, and this is not a big deal, but still, I wish the knife was a bit larger. It’s smaller than I expected, coming from a OKC Rat 1 in D2, this knife feels small. However, I still give it an A+++++ Simply a beautiful knife for EDC.If a larger version of this will become available I would not hesitate to purchase it.

Something very nice for your pocket
I can't add much to what others have said. It's a beautiful knife. Feels very high quality. The polish on the carbon fiber feels really smooth and silky but still has good grip. The action is so light and smooth it almost feels like assisted opening. As was mentioned by someone else, it is has a classy enough look to be in the gentlemans knife category, yet is also a practical, tough edc. I have not tested the magnacut knife steel yet, but I'm sure it's more than good enough for my needs. It's not cheap, but I choose to have a couple of very nice knives instead of a box full of ok knives, and I am happy with this choice.
