Sleek and compact, works great!
I recently started using 2 different insulin pens, long acting and fast acting. I was looking for something I could put in my pocket or have nearby during trips. This is very handy for a quick trip into town, having it on the road during a long trip or just nearby without worries. You get 2 freezer packs that you can have ready to go (I alternate mine every 8-10 hours). Stores 2 insulin pens very comfortably, includes a strap to keep the pens from moving around. It zips up nice and tight.The case has a very durable shell, between the inside and outside, you shouldn’t have any issues with the pens cracking when dropped. It has a latch/keyring hook as well. I highly recommend this for anyone who travels, it’s compact and sleek. Nobody will know it’s insulin (unless you tell them). The price was very affordable.

Fits two mounjaro dose pens, perfect for compact travel
Needed these to travel with Mounjaro dose pens. Wanted it to be compact for carry on luggage when traveling. I can fit 2 dose pens, a little tight but fits. Still plenty cold after a 5 hour trip. I'm sure it lasts longer but my trip was only 5 hours and worked very well

Poor cooling performance
I bought this for air and road travel. It's large enough for a 10mL vial and a couple syringes (I assume it would alternatively fit the two pens as shown in the product photos). Unfortunately it fails of its essential purpose as within 6 hours the vial is room temperature. I'm past the return window so I'll keep it for medicines that don't need refrigeration, but I would not buy it again for anything that needs to stay cold.

Getting there well
Great carrying case for those meds that require low temperatures. This little packet allows me to travel with no worries on my meds.
