Yes. Don't forget that these are reams of 250 sheets per pack, 2,000 in total per box. This is the best value "premium" paper I've come across and, in my opinion, Navigator handles really well with both inkjet and laser printing.

Does this come packed in the original box or is it just 8 loose packs in Amazon packaging?

Mine came in the original box just like the photo. Don't forget that although it says 8 "reams", there are 250 sheets per pack, making 2,000 in the box.
