I have tried to supplement every single product inside this powder but can’t replicate the effects. It’s a little pricey, but I definitely feel better throughout the day. Around 1pm everyday I feel like I could use a nap but when I’m taking Optimize Minerals I don’t need one.Pros: It works.Cons: It’s pricey

I’m a supplements freak and have only really been able to tell the different when taking 4 or 5 products. Bacopa, vitamin D, fish oil, TRT and THIS STUFF. After a week of trying it I ordered 4 more bags!! I feel like I have way more energy and I’m way more focused and productive. At first it seemed expensive, but I will gladly pay it for everything that’s in it! Definitely give this a try if you’re on the fence! You won’t be let down!!

Re-ordering for sure; I take it fasted pre-training in the morning most of the time; I usually do pink salt in my morning water; but swapped for this; certainly tastier but feels good; just feeling overall neurological improvement in my training. Literally feel juicy AF when I feel I'm conducting more signaling in my body tissue.My only reason for a 4/5 star is I would love the product even more if there were 0g of sugar altogether and no fructose. I don't think I've noticed an affect on my autophagy in the morning with this, but I still would highly prefer something with 0g sugar or even like 0.5g or something (without going to a erythritol or other b.s. chemical).

I'm always skeptical of these types of products. And, the fact that I can't watch Tiktok without seeing an ad for this product gives me some bad vibes, but I decided to try it and believe it's working to reduce my cravings.I used to snack nearly every night, often giving into eating for comfort. Within a few days, I noticed my nighttime "cravings" turned into much more gentle "nudges" that I could much more easily ignore. Dropping the night-time snacking had me lose 10lbs after roughly 3 weeks. AND, my wife claims that my snoring has stopped as a result of losing that 10lbs!I'm using this as part of my game plan combined with cutting sugars and following a 16-hour fasting window each day as part of my plan to drop from 250lbs to 200lbs. The first 10lbs was the easiest, but I seem to be averaging a pace of roughly 2.5lbs per week. Just have to make it past the holidays (Pie season)! :)Lastly, I'm not sure where you're at with your health knowledge. I was very far behind the curve. I feel like it's now common knowledge, but many are now claiming sugar kills more people than alcohol, smoking, drugs, etc... combined. My goal for me and my family is for the candy & ice cream to be viewed more as a monthly treat than a daily lifestyle. Breaking out of these bad habits will require discipline, but the years of benefits will far outweigh a few weeks or months of discomfort.

This was terrible. After I started taking it more consistently I noticed I would get severe migraines if I didn’t take it so my body was developing some sort of dependence on this. On top of that I felt like I was going crazy because in the evenings I would start having a lot of numbness and tingling in my arms, legs, head and face and increased anxiety and severe cramps. The vitamin B-12 content of this product is 83,000% of your daily value which is extremely unnecessary. It also made my daughter have severe stomach issues and I only gave her a quarter scoop to try.I would be cautious and do your research before taking this product.

Tried because my son insisted and I have to say, my stomach hasn’t felt better in 23 years. No joke. I have tried more products than I can recall with little to no help. I am not sure what this is exactly for but this is what it’s doing for me. I am going to order more because I’m afraid to run out. I feel so much better, thank you! Also, it tastes great!!!
