The quality appears good, I have been taking this for about 3 weeks and i have not experienced any issues. The capsule are medium size with no smell.

This item is sodium bicarbonate capsules with some other nutrients. Sodium bicarbonate is also called baking soda. And I had been taking a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda each day in a glass of water. I've always taken it for heartburn or indigestion in the past, but I started using it daily a few years back for pH levels, which is one of the benefits mentioned in the product description. These capsules are enriched with alkalizing superfoods which are lime, lemon, moringa and cranberry powder. Using capsules is a convenient way to take baking soda when not at home. They also save me time in the morning over using the boxed powder. I like that the capsule shells are vegetarian, 3rd-party tested, and made in USA. The bottles have the standard security features to defend against tampering. The price point is reasonable for a supplement given that superfood enhancement over just baking soda. I've been using these capsules and are quite happy with them.

Having one of these is just like taking a full dose of pink stuff. At least for settling your stomach, and without the chalky aftertaste. It doesn't do the throat coating but otherwise superior. Especially since they're so much smaller and more portable. And this one comes with two big bottles! Love it.
