Patch it patches adhere to the bottom of the feet, like a large plaster. They should be applied immediately before bedtime and work while you sleep. For proper adhesion, clean and dry feet or point of application before use. When you wake up in the morning, remove the patches and dispose. Wash your feet if needed with soap and water.

excellent product, shame about the price
I loved this product. Having tried plenty of other brands this is one of the best. I always seem to get a better sleep when using them and feel generally better for it. You need to use these regularly to get the full benefit so I decided to do the subscribe and save to have them delivered once a month for fifteen quid. Within two months they put the price up to twenty six which I can't quite justify. But for the price this would have had top marks.

When I'm super tired and need an uplifting night's sleep after a long week/day at work, stick these on, you wake up refreshed the next day. Smells... Like herbal medicine, but you get used to it. It's nothing too strong. You catch a slight scent every now and again when they're on your feet. No complaints!

It was the first time I had used these particular detox patches, but I shall order them again as they are very good, they definately put a spring in your step the next day! They are also good value for money.
