Great product fab assistance and perfect result.

The top retainer fitted and no issues, however the bottom retainer arrived warped so could not put it on as the plastic was almost joined on the back and front. I contacted the team straight away, sent photos and they asked me to return the retainer and keep the top. So this is what I did. I have not wore the top yet. The bottom then arrived back but they had just cut the back of the warped retainer rather than sending me a new one and told me I could not have a full refund as I had kept the top! I should add I only needed the bottom but whilst ordering I thought I'd order both. The team have still not resolved this.

Took ages to get the mould right, didn't find the support that helpful, when they arrived the top retainer didn't cover all of my teeth and they're not very comfortable. I will have to get them re-done I think, so not a great use of time or money.

From start finish I had lots of helpful online support and guidance. Even after I received my impressions the support was second to none. Cannot thank you enough! Saved me over £200 what my dentist was going to charge me. MANY THANKS ❤️
