What’s great piece of kit
I bought this to go in my classic car that only has an FM radio fitted. It works well and started up easily. The charging unit also has another usb to charge my phone. I love the screen as it just big enough to see everything and can be split between maps and what’s on Spotify. It worked well in my Mustang to but that used the cable in for a direct connection as the FM tuner only tracks stations and can’t be done individually by tuning each frequency. It’s well made and the touch screen is good. I haven’t connected up the rear camera yet but will do another review afterwards. So far it’s doing everything I wanted. I don’t do the phone calls so haven’t tried the Bluetooth properly.

Not stylish but extremely functional
It’s a good CarPlay system, easy to set up and install on your dashboard. It’s not as stylish as other ones I’ve tested, but it has a good, bright display, the touch screen is reactive and it brings the convenience of the apps on your phone to your car.It is great value for easily improving the technological capabilities within your car and for anyone who doesn’t have CarPlay functionality it is something I can no longer live without. Maps, music and phone all easily accessible whilst driving- keeping you from wanting to look at your phone.Really recommended!

Great piece of kit
Everything you would expect from this brand of carplay. Nice bright screen and it auto dims too, easy to set up. Maps work perfectly well, play your own music or radio, you can even mirror your phone to the screen and watch videos ( when your parked up that is). Build quality is good. Voice control works well too.Can even fit a reverse camera aswell. Two ways to mount the screen too.I would recommend it.

Not bad, I think, but beware newbies
I've never used a carplay screen like this before - I've long wanted one - and I can't be the only one, so this review is for all those people like me.Unfortunately, like so much tech stuff nowadays, the manufacturer assumes that we all know more than the basics. Well, we don't, and to quote that old saw, "assume" makes an ass out of u and me. The list of package contents includes "user manual", but if you think this slight pamphlet will tell you (a) what you're getting and (b) how to get it, you'll likely be disappointed. Even if it does get you up and running in basicalities, you're still left with tech jargon to struggle with in the app, unexplained elsewhere. This means that reviewing its full functionality is tricky. I decided to try setting this thing up outside the car first. and after half an hour I still hadn't found out how to stop the thing beeping every time I touched a key, to the irritation of those around me. I'd have thought that if this wasn't in the "instruction manual" it would at least be intuitive, but it isn't- and if something that basic isn't, what else might not be? The sound connectivity for the various outputs you might want is hard to understand, too. This is all a bit frustrating - because in terms of what it promises this looks pretty good, and the bits I've got working (maps, navigation) via my Samsung phone do seem to work well. Contact data etc from my phone synched seamlessly. The screen is large and although not the highest image quality (you get what you pay for), perfectly good enough. So I'm giving it 3 stars for what I've got out of it so far and what I think it will give me in the future, but 2 off for frustration and poor instructions for beginners. If you're already au fait with these things, I'd refer you to some of the reviews from people with more experience with other systems.

Not worth the money
Drains car battery if left plugged in. Rear camera flashes all the time although installed professionally.

Good CarPlay screen
The media could not be loaded. For the price this car play screen is good enough. I found it a bit difficult to be able to attach as the different type of tools it came with didn’t fit my car as it is quite small, so bare in mind if you have a little one like me. I had to make an experiment to attach it.I have to say it is very easy to connect, once you connect the Bluetooth with the screen it is simple you do not have to set up it will turn on when you turn the car on. The screen is not the best quality but good enough to see the apps you need to have in my case maps, Waze and music. It takes the call and take on commands. What I found quite annoying is the cables, as you will have the cables around as the plug is all the way to the handbreak, if you are lucky and have it close then the cables should be ok. Saying this I tidy them up with a string. I would recommend specially for the price! Quite good!

Great piece of kit
I recently ordered this 7” wireless Apple CarPlay screen, and it’s been a solid addition to my car setup. The screen size is just right—not too big to be distracting, but large enough to be practical. Setting it up was straightforward, and the wireless connection with my iPhone was seamless. It supports all the usual CarPlay features, including navigation, music, and calls, and the touch responsiveness is decent. For the price, it’s a great way to upgrade your car’s infotainment system at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.
