I recently got the MAONO PM450S microphone and it’s been a great addition to my setup (I’m using it to record voiceovers for videos). The package comes with everything you need: a filter, arm, cable, and shock mount, so you’re all set right out of the box. The build quality of the mic is really impressive, it has a nice weight to it. I’m actually pleasantly surprised by the sound quality, especially since it’s not an XLR mic. Since it’s a USB mic, I can just connect it to the laptop and start recording (I LOVE the thoughtful USB-C / USB cord lol) Handy headphone jack and mute button on the body. One of my favorite features is the customizable lights on the mic, particularly the breathing effect - it looks very nice, not cheap looking at all (reminded me of my Govee lights). Setting up the mic was a breeze, and you most likely don’t even need to read the manual. However, there are a few customizable functions, like turning on the high pass filter or changing the light modes, that do require reading the instructions. A few downsides: number one is definitely the price – it’s on the expensive side for a USB mic. Likely because it includes all the accessories in the package too. Also, I haven’t been able to play with the software for the mic yet since I couldn’t find the Mac version on their website as of now. Overall, if you’re looking for a high-quality USB mic with great features and easy setup, the MAONO PM450S is a solid choice.

I loved the customization both in sound and looks ( with the RGB) The Maono Link app is a nice feature to have along with the built-in DSP. Being able to adjust your mic settings and take those settings with you to another device that you can connect it to is great. This is a major plus in my books. Pros- DSP ( as mentioned above) *App intergration : It has Compressor, De Esser, Noise gate and High pass adjustments along with preset EQ settings *Sound quality *all equipment needed is provided ex: Boom arm with headphone hanger, Pop filter, Usb C to Usb C cable with USB A Dongle attached * Mix monitor Cons- App not fully ready ( not yet compatible with MacOS) * Boom arm and shock mount translate noises into mic. * 3 in 1 knob is a little too clicky, causing noises to reverberate into mic. Still all in all I would sure recommend this mic to people wanting to podcast or game stream. See My video attach to know if you like the audio for content creation. The microphone is easy to use and the sound quality is great. In addition, after-sales support is quick and helpful. I would recommend this microphone.

I recently purchased the Maono PM450S USB condenser microphone, and I'm blown away by its performance. The setup was incredibly easy, and it worked perfectly right out of the box. The sound quality is truly podcast-level, with rich bass, clear mids, and smooth trebles. The advanced software controls and rugged build add to its value. It's also very affordable compared to other high-end mics like the SHURE SM7B. I highly recommend it for podcasters, streamers, and musicians alike! I had to remove a couple of furnished connectors and replace with my own in order make certain my unit is secure and stable.

Como nos tiene acostumbrado Maono con sus productos, siempre con excelente precio calidad. Me acaba de llegar el Micrófono PM450S, me asombro que viene bien completo en la caja, esta trae el micrófono, su brazo para ponerlo en el escritorio, la araña con amortiguador de golpes y su cable Usb C, Todos estos accesorios se sienten de muy buena calidad. El micrófono cuenta con un botón táctil para silenciar y otro botón para activar y desactivar el Rgb, puedes conectarlo mediate usb a la pc o celular, trae un Jack de 3.5 mm para conectar unos audífonos y escucharte en vivo. Lo que más me encanto de este micrófono es que trae varios efectos incorporados y puedes configurarlos a tu gusto, efectos como Reverb, D-esser, Compresor, Gate y hasta un ecualizador, esto te permite configurar desde la Pc con un Software que se llama Maono link, con estos efectos puedes darle una calidad excelente a tu Voz. Algo importante para mencionar es que ya cuenta con presets de fábrica que puedes elegir según el uso que le vayas a dar, esto está perfecto para el que no conozca mucho de estas configuraciones. Esta configuración se guardará en el micrófono y si lo vas a utilizar con el celular la conservará. En conclusión, me parece un micrófono excelente para creadores de contenido o streaming y lo puedo recomendar a quien necesite un buen micrófono.

Works very well, the noise floor is impressively low / inaudible. The low-latency monitoring through the audio jack also works perfectly, which is part of the reason I bought this mic. I definitely recommend using the maono+ software to adjust the settings & EQ to best fit your voice as it wasn’t quite to my liking out of the box. I do appreciate that the software is set and forget in the sense it does NOT need to be running 24/7, you adjust the mics on-board processing and then can leave it closed. The boom arm is impressively sturdy / feels like quality construction. I got it a bit on sale but I’d definitely say it was worth it.
