DONT HESITATE! For context, my snoring sounds like someone trying to start a commercial lawn mower so I was looking for a solution that would lower the volume, not only did these work he told me I look cute while sleeping he never even heard me snore!!! The clear plastic is hardly noticeable and if anything it looks like a discreet septum ring. I have no idea what black magic they put in these but it lessened my snoring so much my friends thought I was dead on a plane when I used them again for a trip. I am very self conscious of my snoring and so these were a godsend. They are not expensive and for the relief I feel that I am not shaking the rafters with my bad sinuses I would gladly purchase them again. They took a minute to initially get used to but I never want to go back. They come with a few in a box so now I keep one in every travel bag I own.

So I am a real person writing a real review (nowadays it’s hard to know). I was really skeptical that these would do anything but I figured for the price and since I wasn’t getting sleep and my ears were killing me from earplugs, that I’d give this a try. My husband wasn’t so excited when I showed him the picture. 😄Anyways, we got these last night and my husband’s snoring went from a maddening 10 to 0-3. I was absolutely shocked. I fell asleep without earplugs and woke up in the middle of the night to him rip roaring again. I reached for his nose and his snore thing was gone (he is not a calm sleeper). I grabbed another one, woke him up and he went back to 0-3 little rumbles. I am thrilled.What I found interesting was that just as his snores would start revving up, it would interfere and he’d go back to 0-2 for snore volume.It’s tiny. I feels a bit weird but you quickly forget it’s there. Even my husband didn’t mind it. We joked it looked like a cow ring in our nose.If you buy this, I hope you find as much relief as I did!

I had doubts when buying this, but I've been using it for months now and my partner has commended how much it has helped. Super!I don't snore whenever I used it. I wish I could leave it on forever, lol

When I first purchased these I was skeptical. The first night I used them I felt a little uncomfortable with it in my nose...but now I use them every night. I don't snore now and I definitely feel more rested every morning. Will recommend them to everyone. Great product!!

I was skeptical at first but according to my husband he said the snoring has gotten better. I even feel more refreshed in the morning from sleeping well and not being woken up from him.

Purchased these for my husband. It has truly been one of the best purchases for both him and myself. Thankfully I do not have to worry about falling asleep before him. These amazing little gadgets silence his snoring and help him (and I) get a restful nights sleep.

I ordered this because it had five star reviews but as I scrolled down the reviews further after purchase the bulk of them are for a different product like a mouthguard or a book which is really confusing and makes me think none of the reviews are valid so I'm leaving one. The device does fall out of your nose pretty easily and plugs don't go all the way in. It's not uncomfortable. I'm not sure if it keeps me from snoring because I don't sleep near anyone most of the time but if I try to pretend to snore I still can. Will update once I know more, but for now be careful looking at reviews and be sure its actually for this product!!

Leio para minha filha de 2 anos e meio, ela gosta bastante! tem sido um bom recurso para trabalhar as emoções, sobre como nosso humor pode mudar o ambiente!As ilustrações são lindas, a história é bem legal de ser lida. Já foi o escolhido da noite por várias vezes.
