Have had several months now and I love it. I had a Roborock S5 Max before it, which worked for years, but then it got a bit senile. It’s so nice not having to shake the dust and cat hair out of the robot myself. I also find that the roller thing doesn’t get caught up in hair and such. It’s very quiet, even on turbo mode. At first I was afraid that meant it wasn’t working, but nope. The bag in the dock lasts a long time and is easy to swap out. I’m also happy with the mopping. I have bamboo and cork floors, as well as large area rugs.

Had our vacuum for 6 weeks and have to say it is brilliant. Not often you buy tech that exceeds your expectations. We have mainly hard floors with one room carpeted. The robot copes effortlessly with all. I am particularly impressed with the way it copes with obstacles as it will try different approaches until it overcomes. The mopping system works really well and the vacuum also. You need to experiment with the various settings to find what works best. The base station is a big advantage only needing me to top up the water once a fortnight and empty the dust bag well we haven’t had to do that yet. The app works well and once the robot had mapped the rooms we have lots of options between clean everywhere or just spot clean. Just remember it can’t open doors or climb stairs. The only thing that has caused any issue at the moment was a hair scrunchy which jammed the main brush. But it told me and was easily fixed.

The media could not be loaded. This is amazing. I was hoping it would but it's exceeded my expectations.Mapping is good... Needs a little tweak here and there and getting used to but once all set up it's pretty impressive. I have had a cheaper version for a couple of years (not a mop) and it's absolutely useless on carpets. I only use it downstairs where I have hard floors. But this, on carpets, is amazing. Better than my shark. I've never seen the carpets so clean.The mopping is also really good. I have all hard floors downstairs, mix of tiles and LVT but handles both so well. I have set to to do a deeper clean on front of the cooker where fat can spit on the floor and buy the back door where the dogs some in.. It'll focus on those areas. Gets everything up.Really easy to install... My only grumble is I have bifold doors and the lasors when mapping think the garden is a room and puts it on the map which I can't seem to find a way to remove it as a room. Doesn't effect the hoover when cleaning but just annoys me.

UPDATE - there is another programme within the app that does a deeper and better mop, so this can cope with some spills that have dried. Tested it earlier today (30/05/2025) on some doggy footprints and it returns a much better finish, I'll probably use that more often now that I know it's there! That nudges this review even closer to 5 stars for me.I absolutely LOVE this little guy! Arnie takes the day to day vacuuming and light mopping in his stride. I have terrible back and hip pain so sweeping the floors really takes it out of me, to the point that I can't physically manage it on a daily or even weekly basis at times.Now, my floors are lovely and clean every day. Don't get me wrong, he's not perfect as he can't get under the sofas but can get under the footstool and armchair. I will have to do a manual clean once or twice a month just to cover bits he can't get to. However, this is literally life-changing for me!Doesn't take up too much room, he's docked just inside the dining room and sometimes it feels like I have another pet wandering about :DThere are some Robomops that are far more expensive and some that are a bit cheaper. I feel like Arnie was good value for the functionality and quality of manufacture.App is very easy to use/navigate and you can give it a name if you want to, and there are lots of available languages for the status updates that you get as Robomop works his way around the house/returns to dock, etc... There are several settings that you can programme to do automatically though I just set him off when I sit down to work and he just gets on with it.Pros: relatively quiet, gets on with it, ideal for light mop on a daily basis, perfect for picking up dog hair on daily basis (I have three HWV's who do moult!), empties the dust bag automatically, cleans the mops and dries them ready for the next time. Haven't noticed an increase to my electricity bill (smart meter monitor).Cons: doesn't really clean spills that have dried, can't quite get into corners though good effort is made.I don't give out five stars lightly, was very close to it here. Overall I'd say 4.5 out of 5.

Ok I have taken my time (3 months) before I wrote this review because in my experience with various robot cleaners over the years, issues tend to manifest after the first few weeks.I am happy to report all is well and this has turned out to be an excellent purchase. Few points not covered by other reviews:1. It's indeed very quiet both when cleaning and drying - only a mild hum. Does get louder when going over carpets but still quieter than a traditional vacuum cleaner or our previous robots.2. Mop function is great on tile floors - won't remove stubborn stuck food items but other stuff comes away fine. The water tanks need regular care but otherwise all well.3. Nice touches with charging out of hours, multi floor mapping etc that actually work.4. The build quality (and the design) is excellent - looks a posh machine inside out in white colour.5. You still have to take care not to feed this beast any cables or shoelaces! No different to every other robot cleaners out there except the really high end ones.6. I was toying whether to get the more expensive model but this mid range model is entirely satisfactory for our needs - 120 sq. meter hard floor with the odd rugs.All in all a good buy and a happy customer.

Great vacumm cleaner with mop. Works perfectly on our hardwood floor. Charges overnight on cheap electricity and tells me when the water needs topping up. Love it.
