Could not live without this product. If you have any signs of itching or discomfort for whatever reason please give this a go. Particularly if you have recurring infections/irritation. I have tried other products and none work like this one. (of course everyone is different) Having recently had a contraceptive IUD fitted I seemed to often experience irritation and an uncomfortable feeling 'down there' as if the start of an infection, particularly at certain points of my cycle. Before finding this product it once escalated to an infection for which I needed to have antibiotics. Since discovering this I have no need for antibiotics as I just use this at the first sign of any irritation and my symptoms go away. The gel is cool and provides quick relief. Because it is natural too I don't mind using it often. It can be used inside and out and has a handy applicator for ease of use. I always make sure I have some of this in the house as anybody who has had recurring issues down there will know how uncomfortable it can be! However I rarely find I have to use this now.

I tried this gel a few months ago and was very pleased with the results. It soothes almost immediately after a slight tingling sensation at first. I recommend this after several attempts with other products which contained hormones and could only be used twice a week whereas this gel can be used daily if necessary.

At last, found an affordable product that really works. It is up to the individual how much is applied, so no messy waste. Cannot praise this gel enough. After 8 years of sheer hell, I now have my life and confidence back.

I've been using this product for over ten years. It used to say that it was for general irritation / redness / soreness etc. They've changed the packaging now and it just says it's for BV. But it's the same formula and I highly recommend for Vulvodynia and vestibulitis. It conciderably lessens my symptoms. Definately worth a try if you suffer from these.

Using this once a day (more if needed ) has completely stopped any problems I had . Obviously there may be times when a doctor is the only choice because the condition needs something stronger but this is an excellent product , and has ensured I remain comfortable all the time . Can't recommend it highly enough .
