Excellent spikey balls!
I use these spikey massage balls to help relive tendonitis in my hand, plantar fasciitis (feet) as well as associated muscle pains I experience from degenerative facet joint disease and Fybromyalgia. *For tendonitis, I've added the ball to my hand exercises. It messages the hand and helps with strengthening. *for plantar fasciitis, the longer, double masage ball has helped a great deal as part of my foot excersises. Rolling it under the arch through to the toes and back again not only feels great, it helps in the same way as the other ball does with my hand. *Rolling the ball on muscles feels fantastic! If you have deep muscle pain, lay on the floor, so you're laying on it, in the position you want to massage. I slowly roll my shoulder and move side to side, it feels fab!! *I use these alongside my daily pain medication and flexiseq cream, to relieve deep muscle pains in my legs and arms, related to Fybromyalgia, and complex pain syndrome. *They're also very handy in relieving stress, holding one in your hand, rolling it between two hands, gently squeeze it, while focusing on how it feels. I do this for as long as I need to. I recently contracted COVID, the pain in my legs and back was unbelievable, I was climbing the walls!! My husain rubbed my legs with a CBD based massage oil, he then rolled the ball all over my thighs and legs for around 15 mins. I couldn't believe how much this helped!! Because these balls are solid, they're extremely durable too. Definitely recommend this product and hope the information I've provided is helpful.

Great spiky balls - makes my feet feel great!
I bought these as I am recovering from plantar fasciitis in both feet. After nearly 3 months off running due to the problem I'm just starting up again slowly. I needed to incorporate some foot massage to release any stress and try to stop the pain coming back. The peanut shaped roller is the best as you can angle your feet on it to work on the sides, rather than just the sole as you roll. The plastic is hard, so don't expect it to yield to any pressure. It is not a gentle feeling. Really pleased with these and at a good price too!

Single good, double bad.
So the single version ball is great, really helpful for pain relief and plantar fasciitis. The double version however lasted exactly one use as the slightest weight on it made it squash horribly! It’s clearly hollow and made of cheap material so the double design doesn’t work. That one had to go in the bin immediately sadly, what a waste. But the single ball I kept.

Just as described but hard to work with if you're a newbie
Both massage balls came well packaged and in perfect condition. I bought them to try and relieve pesky shoulder-blade pain that wouldn't go away on its own and hindered movement. I didn't realise they had different hardness levels, which is my fault alone for skimming the description, but that revealed not to be a problem at all. I tried the peanut one but it's not as efficient as it's hard to get it to stay perfectly aligned with my spine as I roll it up and down. (It's also quite a trial to find a way to make it roll up and down in the first place!) Might be doing something wrong, but it keeps rolling in different directions. It's also a bit too soft to make a big difference, which was interesting as I was thinking I would use it more than the ball. It might be more useful for other parts of the body that I have yet to try. Ended up mainly using the hard one, which at first I felt was way too hard and hurt more than healed - but after a bit of trial and error finally got the hang of it (sort of, I'm still working it out as I go!) It's helped to release muscle tension quite a bit, and kept the pain at bay every time I've used it so I'm very happy with it. It's a bit painful, not going to lie, and those spikes really dig into skin and muscle but that's the whole point, isn't it? If you get past the initial burn then you'll be able to see results straight away. Bottom line: both balls are exactly as described. Might require some getting used to them but otherwise work great for different types of pain and areas. Will certainly buy more from this company.
