WE USE THIS IN A CAT KENNEL TO HELP KEEP THE CAT/KITTENS COOL ON HOT DAYS...THEY SEEM TO LOVE IT, LAYING ON IT AS SOON AS I PUT IT IN THE KENNEL....I BOUGHT TWO MORE SO THEY COULD ALL HAVE ONE....IT FREEZES OVERNIGHT AND I PUT IT IN THE KENNEL RIGHT AFTER LUNCH AND IT STAYS COLD TO COOL UNTIL THE EARLY EVENING...BECAUSE IT IS SOLID PLASTIC AND NOT GEL, IT CAN'T BE CLAWED...GREAT TO HAVE WHEN YOU'RE FORCED TO LEAVE A PET IN THE PEN IN HOT WEATHER...😸

I returned this immediately knowing my cats would never sit on a rock hard mat. I thought this was a terrible product. On the plus side there was no problem with the return except for the pricey return postage. I received a $10 refund.

It worked great to keep my cat cool. Placed it hnder his bed and it kept him cool all night.
