Plantronics Blackwire 3215 USB-A Headset, On-Ear Mono Headset, Wired

I use these for work-at-home meetings I love the cord length. Leaves plenty of room to move about The sound quality is crisp and clear. I have had compliments on the quality. I love the controls. Easy to use. Big enough to see the buttons and what they are unlike most thin control bars on headsets. The big lights to alert for on and off are a plus. The fit adjusts easily and is very comfortable

The product said it wasn't supposed to arrive for a week or so but the seller managed to get it to me in a couple of days so it worked out perfectly. I have to work from home because of this COVID-19 lockdown and needed to be able to do video calls and share my screen to work. The headset works really well and is good quality.

This is a very functional headset. It has great audio quality and excellent noise cancellation.

Audio quality of the ear piece = 5/5 Voice quality = 4/5 Noise cancellation = 5/5 Comfort = 3.5/5 Software = 5/5 Overall Design & Execution = 4/5 It's not as comfortable for long term use as the ones used in professional call centers, but it's quite comfortable for the most part. It's light and the ear piece is soft. I have a big head, so it could be bigger, but it's still good. Sometimes the wire is a bit annoying because the weight of the controls pulls the headset down. The voice quality on the mic is not quite as good as a professional XLR microphone setup, but really close. The trade off is the background noise cancellation is so good. It's superior to any other noise cancellation software because it cuts out a lot and hardly affects voice quality. For online conferences, teaching, or calls, I highly recommend this.

This Plantronics Blackwire 3215 headset was introduced in 2017 and it may date back further than that. I bought a similar Plantronics headset in 2013 that I liked so I decided to try this one. However there was nothing I liked about this one. I wasted about 6 hours trying to get the Blackwire 3215 headset to work on my Windows 11 box. I initially tried to get it to work by plugging it into the USB port on the front my computer. After a number of attempts to change the settings, update drivers, and other tweaks the microphone volume remained at 0%. So it failed to work. So I then I tried a USB 3.2 port on the back of my computer. After even more attempts to get it to work, the volume was at only 1% and would not increase. I tried using Equalizer APO but the volume remained at 0% or 1%. The volume was too low for dictating into Word 365. The instructions state to go to Poly.com/software for support, but Poly.com is no longer online.

Item works great! Arrived very quickly, and looks like it is made to last.

bought it for online meetings. sound is great. after about a month the pad meant to be against your head and the plastic fell off. trying super glue now, but really?

I have used Plantronics for years, the model I love is no longer so I ordered this model. Same comfort, great voice quality, perfect noice canceling. Very happy!

I bought 6 of these for the office as we suffer from a lot of cross talk on our conference calls. These are fantastic. They are more comfortable than others I've tried so that's good too. I've got both the mono and stereo versions. They both work well.
