Works, gets quite hot for a cheap gun.

Heats up fast, does the job. Nothing fancy - not a ton of options, but good value for the price. Seems pretty durable.

Bought for craft card embossing. Works great on low blow setting with heat set to max. For ink drying turn the temperature down to almost lowerest and work up.

It didn't get hot at all

Ive got to say its pretty impressive,it really does heat at 60 degrees and goes way up to blistering hot ,The unit won't get hot to the touch in the handle area at all which is great.There is very little vibration and the sound is remarkably quiet.I let it run for about 20 minutes when i got it today and it does not stink or smell bad and no overheating at all.The attachments fit snugly and and do well at venting at angles. I can think of dozens of uses now that i see how versatile it is. I paid 20 dollars and i doubt i could find a better one for twice that or more.

Very disappointing. Actually a waste of $$, as you wouldn't normally think you could put your hand in the way without a burn I should have bought the $10 one at Harbor Freight, since my HAIR DRYER gets hotter than this. I gave it one star because of the color, not the quality
