I have ordered these potatoes several time and they are great. All you have to do is put very hot water up to the top and squeeze carton closed, wait twelve minutes, drain water off and be very careful if putting into a skillet of oil. That's it, very simple and easy for the working Mom, and by the way they taste great

These are so easy and delicious. The small size is great for a relatively quick breakfast. They are also gluten free which we really like!

Arrived well before the expiration date, easy to prepare and tastes great!

Follow the easy directions, apply butter or olive oil to frying pan, turn frequently, and enjoy.

I use cold water and they soak and form up just fine in maybe 15 minutes. I drain, then put them in the pan with a little oil and toss them so the oil basically covers all them very lightly and then fry. When they're 1/2 done, I add a pat of butter in the center of the pan with the taters pushed towards the outside. Once it melts, I mix it in and they're delicious. The only downside is the cost. If they sold large containers like we used to get in the restaurant at a reasonable price, I'd be hooked on them. The texture was awesome. They are much easier and better, imo, than frozen hash browns and without the work of making fresh hash browns. A single carton was a normal single serving like we used to provide in the restaurant or I would be served with a decent breakfast at another restaurant. They are a convenience.

If you enjoy traditional dinner style hash browns, this product is amazing. Simple to use, easy to store. Little to know concerns regarding shelf life. I use these consistently and they do not disappoint.

Easy to make. Great for camping. Doesn’t require refrigeration.
