Stud Finder Tool

Works well as expected, worth the price.

Works as expected, but I returned it because it does a lot more than I needed it for. Instead, I bought the "Franklin Sensors ProSensor M90 Stud Finder with 9-Sensors, Wood & Metal Stud Detector/Wall Scanner, Made in The USA", which was simpler to use, and very powerful in finding the exact center of the stud.

Was a great stud finder until it stopped working about an hour into the job. Both the Mode and Calibrate buttons stopped functioning and no, it was not dropped or damaged. It was able to located rafters under one inch decking boards and synthetic roofing underlayment. The accuracy was amazing and spot on even moving over these irregular surfaces.

Got this to use for alot of projects around my house. It was very useful in hanging items around the house. I tested it on my newly built work bench. Very accurate, no error in any of the 30 items I hung with it.

Extremely sensitive to electric. I held the device away from the wall and away from metal and electricity to calibrate it, then when I place it anywhere on the wall it shows electric. I’m not able to drill because I don’t know where there is actually electricity in the wall. I’ve tried multiple walls.
