The media could not be loaded. Very good product for the money it works perfect it doesn’t leak anywhere the filter it’s working perfect it’s like a waterfall so it doesn’t need an air pump look sturdy it worked straight away the lid not cracked great product

I am ABSOLUTELY as hell after setting up this tank this morning for my TERMINALLY ILL DAUGHTER who is soon coming out of hospital, we have just totally redone her bedroom including a plush candy pink carpet that has now been TOTALLY RUINED BY this fish tank that has leaked all over her new carpet!!!!I would like a response to this complaint IMMEDIATLY PLEASE. Not only have we lost the £99 for the tank, but we now have a brand new carpet that will need replacing!!!!

[edit] So I have had the tank for a little while now and in general use the lid has slighly cracked and I still cant get the filter working.My old tank was cracking and on the verge of shattering so I nabbed this tank for a reasonable price. It would be a perfect score but it can be a bit of a PITA to change the water.So there are a few barriers: to easy water changes, for one the lid tends to get a lot of condensation and because of the way you open it you basically get a small river flowing down the back of the tank so you have to be careful when you open up the lid. Atop that the included led lights get pretty damn hot and the included filter I can't seem to get to work properly. So for now it's off. I'm also not entirely sure that the heater included is powerful enough, it's also set to some unknown temp without an ability to change it.Dispite all those issues though for what I paid I am pretty happy with what I received. It's bigger than my old tank and all I really needed when I ordered it was a glass box.

I bought 2 of these tanks around 5 months ago all the equipment I needed was included, Light, Heater, Tetra Easycrystal 600 water filter unit with 2 pads. Very easy to set up everything still works now, seems sturdy enough. There is a big BUT... Regarding the pads for the filter. I find that it will only take specific replacement filter pads, Fair enough but these need changing at least Monthly, They did sell these in boxes of 3 either with carbon or without. 5 Months later Every single place that sold these pads is now out of stock, so I am now faced with having to replace the whole unit. To be honest though I find the one that came with the kit a bit cumbersome to clean but it worked well so was willing to carry on using it. Tetra please can you make sure that when selling kits like this en masse, to make sure that you carry on manufacturing replacement items for all those customers which will need to replace them at least once a month.

Excellent value, comes with a huge filter and heater that is hidden within the filter to stop fish coming into contact with it, when filled looks amazing and not too heavy at 84kg full of water and a layer of gravel.Excellent value for a large tank, filter and a heater. You also get dechlorinator (Tetra Aquasafe) and Food (Tetra Min Flakes)

I thought this was great until I added fish. Then one by one by guppies and tetras started disappearing. Eventually found one little guppy which had ripped find and later died. I took apart my filter to find several dead fish cut up in there, it was awful. Tank and heater work fine but filter is a death trap for small fish

Very nice and sturdy

Good all round tank for a starter tank. Has all the things required to get started apart from gravel/ornaments/plants. My only issue was the tank arrived with the plastic base cracked on one corner, not sure if this done in transit or whether it was shipped like this.
