This has to be one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I was hesitant to purchase it just because of the price but I decided to give it a chance and I’m so glad I did! This automatic feeder is absolutely amazing, and surprisingly super easy to use and I’m not that good with technology. It even has you put batteries in it incase the power goes out or if you just simply want to unplug it. It’s quiet and you are able to easily choose how many servings a day and what exact times you want your cats fed. You are also able to record your voice into it aswell to call your cat every time they get fed. I can’t get over this!

You have total control of the portioning, the booklet even gives you an estimate on what each portion settings, the bowls are easy to clean, it was so easy to assemble a toddler could do it, once you figure the knob part out it’s really easy to use, I don’t use batteries I just keep it plugged in but it takes a type c which is included with it, it fits right where I need it to and doesn’t take up too much space. It has really helped me sleep in in the mornings and makes my cat stop screaming for food like I don’t feed him all the time every day (he’s an orange kitty he’s also just very vocal) but I like that you can also set multiple times feedings. I have them on a pretty strict diet and they eat a healthy amount twice a day. They sit and wait for it to drop out of the thing it’s actually really cute. It gives you a size guide on the top of the lid too that tells you if the food will fit out of the dispenser. It can drop a pretty large size if you buy larger kibble. This is very much worth the money. It also prevents sneaky paws from getting any extras and I keep it on carpet and the orange one has jumped on it and it hasn’t fallen over yet. Will update if that changes. But so far I’m genuinely impressed that i got this for the price I did.

The automatic feeder for two cats has been well worth it! I only have to fill up the compartment of food maybe once every 10 days. I have kittens right now, but feeding amounts won’t change much as they grow. It’s one less thing I have to worry about each day with an already extended plate of chores. Easy to customize and love the voice recording option. They take off running when they hear me calling for them on the speaker of the feeder. It’s holding up well and they have never had any issues with moving it around or tipping it over. It does have a place for batteries, and I do have some in there for backup, but keep it plugged in and works amazingly well.

I REALLY like this feeder! It is the first auto feeder I have purchased. We live in the country and found a momma cat and 4 kittens on our front porch recently. She was pretty frail, so we started putting food out for her and the kittens and it was well received. We were going to be traveling for a week, so I went looking for a feeder. I consciously had raccoons on the brain when I was shopping. I was looking for one with a shape that I could have a shot at somehow securing. This one has a nice flat top and I envisioned being able to place something heavy'ish on it. I was right. I imagined that I would have a decent chance of beating the raccoons. I was wrong. The first night, I placed a small weight on it to test the waters. Came out the next morning and found the feeder about 3 feet from where I had placed it. It was on its side and in several pieces (not broke, just disassembled... much of the product is held together by gravity). The next night, I placed a 16x8x2 inch concrete patio paver on top of it. It weighed in at just over 16.5 pounds. The feeder certainly wasn't designed with this in mind, but it held up like a champ. The feeder was up against a wall, so the front and two sides were exposed. My greatest regret was that I placed all of this directly under my security camera, out of its line of sight. I came out the next morning and again found it laid over and in pieces with the patio stone on the ground where the feeder previously was. The security footage showed a raccoon come up and was evidently there for 15-20 mins then left. A little later it came back with a friend to finish the job. We were leaving that day so I hung my head in defeat and let the neighbor take care of the cats. I'm certain that I can up with a better challenge for the raccoons, but I haven't tried yet. To this feeder's credit though, it took a beating those two nights and survived with only a few scuffs on the face where they were evidently dragging it across the porch. Still works perfectly. Also to the feeder's credit, it has a VERY flexible feeding schedule which was easy to set up. My original plan was to feed 3 or 4 times during the day and try to limit what food was left in the bowls overnight to maybe limit what was attracted to it. That attraction portion of that sentence was just dumb thinking on my part. The scheduling part worked perfect though. As I was putting it together the first time (super easy) I actually caught myself thinking "oh, that's a smart way to design that..." I don't do that often. It really is a neat design overall. I can vouch that comes apart and cleans very easy if you find it covered in racoon drool. I was able to plug it in, but it has a nice battery backup for peace of mind. In came into this purchase knowing that I was going to be asking something of it that in no way it was advertised to do. It met every expectation, was easy to use, holds a ton of food, is easy to clean and is very robust. 5 stars from me.

Took off a star simply because I wish that it could be programmed to put differnt amounts in each bowl for 2 differnt sized cats. This is my only complaint. Love this feeder! You can have up to 6 meals a day. You set the number to the amount you want dispensed in the booklet. You can make this a very small proportion or larger and i am satisfied with the proportion options. This machine is super simple to program just by turning the dial to each title setting and clicking when at the number you want. Sets the time, the meal #, the portion, and a recording feature. Mine says “time to eat!” Stainless steel bowls are easy to clean. Holds a good amount of food and accurately dispenses amount at the time set. I can sleep in and know my cats are still taken care of. Having small proportions dispensed multiple times a day on a schedule helps reduce cats regurgitating food and getting stressed about late meals

I purchased this for my two cats almost 2 years ago. They seem to like being able to eat on opposite sides. I like that it is very easy to program and has lots of options on how much and how often to dispense. It also has a battery backup so when we've had short power outages, the cats are still fed on schedule. I recently got a recurring error message so I emailed customer support. Sue was very easy to work with and helped troubleshoot until the problem was resolved. I would purchase again if ever necessary.

I just set up this cat feeder and it’s all working perfectly! It was an easy set up with clear instructions - I did not need a video, but there is a QR link to one included in the instructions. The digital menu is intuitive to navigate and very similar to other interfaces. You can select up to 6 meal times of varying portions and there is a reference guide in the instructions for what each portion equates to. You can set a recording of your voice to play during the feeding times, which I thought was fun (see my video included). It repeats the recording three times which I would’ve liked flexibility on, but it didn’t bother me. There is space for 4 AA batteries (not included) that would serve as a good backup power source, but it comes with a usb-c power cable and power block as the main power source. The chord is a decent length. I don’t know if the settings remain saved when the unit is unplugged, but I’m considering putting batteries in just in case of a power outage or if my kids unplug it. Overall, it seems like a great feeder that looks great and has plenty of options! Happy customer.

We got the PetSafe automatic feeder around 8 years ago and it was a game changer. The cats wouldn’t wake us up in morning for food, we could arrange more frequent feedings while we were at work, and it helped keep their weight under control. Also, an added benefit is that when we travel, the pet sitter doesn’t have to come as often. Back when got our first one, there weren’t a lot of options for a dual feeder (we have 2 cats), so we had to buy a splitter and set up 2 bowls side by side. It was always a bit awkward and the food didn’t split exactly evenly. I was only shopping for another feeder lately because one of our cats has arthritis and she was losing weight because she was skipping meals if she had to run downstairs to the feeder. Our cats spend the night downstairs, but during the day they are upstairs, so I thought getting another feeder for upstairs might help. I was delighted to find there are now many options for feeders for 2 pets! I ordered this one because it was well-reviewed, the dishes were larger and better spaced, and it has some added features (like recording your voice for feeding time). It’s definitely an upgrade from our other feeder, and it’s priced at a little more than half the price of the old one. The portions measure out exactly the same, and the portion is 8 grams, or 1 1/3 TBsp, or 1/12 cup. The display is very clear to read, and it’s super easy to set. We’ve had it only a few days, but I decided to order a second one to replace the older feeder downstairs, because this one is much better!

El dispensador es justamente como viene en la imagen, es muy facil de armar y programar. Lo quería especialmente porque paso mucho tiempo fuera de casa y al llegar no tenían comida en sus platos. Con el dispensador literal ya no me preocupo, lo programe para darles de comer 4 veces al día con 1 o 2 porciones y los dos comen super bien, siempre tienen comida y fresca. el dispensador trae un sobre de anti-humedad que mantiene la comida fresca todo el tiempo.

Probad si funciona con las pilas, ya que en mi caso no ejecuta los comandos y se apaga. Siempre distribuye a ambos comederos, no puedes discriminar y la cantidad tampoco es igual en los Dos. Utilizad la aplicación propia del dispositivo (código QR) que es gratuita y NO Smart Life / Tuya Smart que es de pago. Lo devolví y me reembolsaron los 75€ sin problema

Cela fait un mois qu'il est en fonction et tout va bien. Au début, j'ai un peu surdosé car il est possible de mettre 36 doses mais 18 doses remplissent déjà bien les gamelles. Pour mes chats 4 doses 2 fois par jour suffisent et j'ai une autonomie de plus de 3 semaines. Il est aussi difficile de retirer les gamelles en inox et j'ai ajouté un tout petit bout de ruban adhesif pour le faire plus facilement. Sinon, c'est un très bon appareil. Attention, la prise du petit trasfo n'est pas EU. Un transfo de base suffit car le cable est USB.

Stopped working after 3 months. It starts feeding and after the count of the first sometimes second dose the display screen lights up fully and feeding stops. Tried with and without power cord, and got same behavior. Very unhappy.

Best purchase. Easy to program and works perfectly. I purchased this with the self cleaning kitty litter unit and together they have changed my life. My cats think they have invisible servants that feed them and clean their litter box after every use.
