Great stuff. Big fan of this being unscented. Numbs back and shoulder aches as intended. Doesn't leave your skin feeling oily either. Can't go wrong, especially for this price.

Inexpensive and effective
I used to get Lidocaine 5% cream from my insurance plan but they dropped the product. This cream is very inexpensive and works fast. I use it on my injured shoulder when I need almost immediately pain relief, and then I can put a lidocaine patch on it later. Just as good, if not better, than the more expensive options.
