Healthy Eyes
Not easy to give a comment for this product. I decided to start taking this product after watching a medical programme on TV. The programme suggested that Lutein was good for maintaining healthy eyes.

Good quality eye vitamin
I've been taking this vitamin for years and feel it's the best one at keeping my eyes healthy - even my optician was impressed. I use just cheap magnified glasses for reading and close up - but otherwise don't need glasses at 63.

Very large ,hard to swallow tablets
Do the job , but way too big and hard to swallow..

Not convinced
My mum got this for her migraines, her migraines makes her eyes hurt as well but she's not convinced it actually makes a difference for her personally, the pain in her eyes and her migraines didn't improve or go away with this.

Too large to swallow
The tablets are too big, I cannot swallow them. If I try sucking one instead it tastes disgusting.
