This is the 3rd robot vacuum I’ve owned and it is by far the best. Purchased one for my workplace and immediately started getting compliments. Just purchased a further one for at home.Very easy to use, the app is far superior to other products , the mop is excellent . Really impressed

I purchased this vac as I knew I was going into hospital for a couple of weeks and would need some assistance when I came out. Neither my son or girlfriend would know which end of a vacuum or mop to hold :) I tried it a few times beforehand and wasn’t that impressed but thought I would give it the benefit of doubt. Now I’m am out I am even more unimpressed. Instead of making my life easier it is making it hell. It creates random maps so I have to re-set every time before use. The mop attachment randomly removes itself despite checking it is firmly attached. It cleans (and I use that word loosely) half the room then decides it has finished and can’t find the charging station. I have had many robo vacs and this is by far the worst, I don’t even think it has true liDAR? It’s going back and I am biting the bullet for a Omni X1 which I have owned but gave to my parents to help them. It’s only used on a hard floor but I would stay away. This is just my experience and view.

Started off well, does a really good job at hoovering and was really surprised at how much it had collected from just one run. However, after a few weeks we've notice it getting confused and lost a lot of the time.Sometimes it'll just stay in the same location without moving, just hoovering that same spot.Sometimes it will go in spots it clearly can't fit in, like under the sofa and get stuck.Sometimes it will keep crashing into the wall, reverse a little then crash into the wall again, it will keep doing this for a few minutes, then stop and send a notification to the app to say its stuck...Very frustrating as it would be perfect if it didn't get confused as the vacuum performance is great, but a little work is needed on the location sensors and mapping

Easy to set up! I think this is great, bought it in the primesaleand it is money well spent.Although I feel I still need to give a deep clean once a week, this is great to maintain a nice clean floor.I wish the water tank was bigger but that’s the only negative comment I can make ☺️

Works for me in a small house, cant imagine how useful in a bigger place and does not do the sides or corners very well.Lidar means its not going under furniture also.

The media could not be loaded. We took a punt and picked up one of these on Prime Day and what a game changer. We’ve named it Steve and he does a sweep of the downstairs every morning at 6am. We own a retriever so there is hair and dust a plenty.Steve deals with this with ease, but we had to stick some googly eyes on him so as not to freak out the dog too much, which seems to work.All in all really impressed and happy with this purchase. Definitely a gadget that we didn’t realise would be such a time saver.

Mopping function is practically not existent, it leaves barely visible narrow mark. You cannot call this mopping.Sensor is not great either, it's either pushes chairs around or keeps too much distance from furniture. Once I had a patio door open and the vacuum almost went over and fell as there is a little step.Suitable on single level property only. You won't be able to save any maps on a different level in the house.Overall disappointed buyer. I would now prefer to spend more and have a vacuum with full functionality.

Fantastic product, I find it amazing how much detritus it vacuums up in rooms which do not appear dirty.Such an incredible time saver especially if you are physically unable to use a standard vac or have allergies etc around the house! Highly recommended :)
