Got this machine as a upgrade from my last one. Easy to use will full instructions..in English..and came well packed and quick. I use this machine every day and night. The accuracy of the readings are true to those used in doctors and hospitals. Good price for the kit..lances, test straps and machine. Spare lances and straps can be brought via Amazon.
