Great product

I like taking this vitamin mostly when I am at work and tired from getting up early in the am. I usually eat something with it, but it gives me energy for about 4 hours. I have purchased this many times over the past few years. I will continue to purchase this item.

This is packed with the right ingredients ie the right form of vitamins like the b12, folate etc Most brands even the popular ones us a cheap for of b12, they use folic acid which is synthetic instead of folate to name a few
