They emailed me quickly regarding my issue, and gave me a full refund!ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am not happy with this purchase. It did not cut very well at all and left my skin feeling very rough and “stubbly.” The blade itself is NOT sharp whatsoever and can barely shave any hair off.I would not recommend this for the thicker haired girlies out there. It does not leave you feeling smooth and still leaves a lot of stubble and keeps you feeling prickly.I tried this so I didn’t have to use a razor anymore, but if I had the choice between this trimmer/shaver and a razor, I would pick the razor.
