Perfect!!! Everything you need in an incubator!
Fully automated humidity, temperature control, and egg turning! Everything you need in an incubator!Put eggs in, candle a couple times during incubation, lockdown without the rollers, and you have an incubator full of baby fuzzballs!More details on why it's such a great incubator:> The rollers are great, as they keep the eggs in a more natural position, unlike the turners that hold the eggs vertically in divots. (Drastically higher hatch rate!)> The humidity is controlled by small bursts from the pump, and it stops when it reaches the desired humidity. If it gets too humid, it'll even pump it back out to dehumidify. (No sweat, no worry!)> The temperature display is really close to what is actually in the incubator. Still use an extra thermometer to dial in your settings, but the consistency is great! It will even sound an alarm if the temperature is ~1.5°F off! (Press the - button to silence it, like when you go to candle the eggs.)> The rounded design is better for circulation, whereas squared incubators have colder corners and can get really hot in the middle. (Consistent temperature readings across the whole incubator!)We have 2 of the previous nearly-identical (Hethya) incubators, and now 1 of these. They are truly amazing!Misc. notes:> Slightly colder is better than too warm! Setting ours to 100.3°F (egg surface temperature readings of ~98°F) seems like the best hatch rate.> Humidity is extremely accurate, within ~1%!> They will hold 15 goose eggs if you stagger them.(Side note: I was originally sent a faulty incubator that wouldn't stop pumping, but the replacement works great!)

Incubator.
Second on I ordered. First one works great. Second one humidity control either doesn't pump any water or pumps all the water in at once. Already have eggs in it so I can't return it.

Good incubator but pay attention to the reviews
I give 4 stars because there's some stuff you have to deal with for everything to go smoothly. First, you gotta stuff the sides with something when you start lockdown. The chicks WILL fall into the edges, and they cannot get back out. I had to open the incubator while the chicks were hatching twice. First to rescue one that had fallen by the roller bar, and I stuffed a cabinet lining roll over there. Then second when one got it's leg snagged on the other side, so I stuffed a roll over there too. I didn't think they could fall into that side at first, so I was going to leave it until the one got its leg stuck. The next thing you gotta deal with is if you have all of the eggs face the same direction they will gradually move towards the edge on whatever we do the pointy end is facing. I had an egg end up going over the edge at one point, and constantly had to readjust the eggs throughout incubation. I finally learned that if you face all of the eggs inwards towards the middle with the big ends on the eggs facing the outer ends of the rollers they won't do this. So, I do recommend this incubator, BUT pay attention to the reviews. Stuff the edges at lockdown, and face the eggs inwards in opposite directions on the roller bars. Besides that I've had good results with this incubator.

DON’T REGRET NOT BUYING THIS INCUBATOR!
The media could not be loaded. This has to be the best incubator I’ve ever purchased. At first I was skeptical about it because of the bad reviews, but then I told myself that I should purchase it and try for myself instead of basing on reviews. The whole set up was so easy. I’m glad I do not have to worry about the humidity level myself because it comes with a water pump. I just placed the tube in a cup of water and when it ran low I’d refill the water. This incubator is so easy to clean compared to others. This one has styrofoam outline with plastic on the inside so washing it was a piece of cake. It looked brand new. There was no leakage so no mess.I was able to fit 40 eggs because some were mini bantam eggs. Out of the 40 eggs, 7 were not fertile. 30 eggs ended up hatching. That’s a very high chance compared to any other incubators I’ve had. Even the Farm Innovators had a 10 percent hatch rate and it was way more expensive than this one.All the chicks started peeping at day 20 and by day 21 they were hatched. I’m going to be using this incubator often to hatch some rare bred duck and chicken eggs. I’m very excited!!!The picture shows how it looks after being used. It looks brand new. And also the water pump that controls the humidity.

Great price point, great incubator!
So far I’ve been very impressed with this incubator! I’ve done 2 hatches in it now and both have done very well. Some things to note that I’ve done:-I added a rolled up bubble wrap on the edges for lock down and hatch to prevent chicks from getting stuck.-I made sure to use a separate thermometer/hygrometer to insure that it was at the correct level.Once I was able to dial in the temp and humidity settings, it was a breeze! Having the auto water pump was a life saver! I take daily readings and it’s never been more than .1° off temp wise and always within 1% of what I have it set to. The only other recommendation I have is to make sure when you load the eggs to do pointy side to pointy side, and fat side to fat side this prevents eggs from flipping or not turning correctly.

Incubator pump doesn’t work as designed
Incubator works great however the pump that adds additional water into the incubator to keep the humidity up, does not work correctly. I have to constantly add water.

Design Changes Needed!
In my opinion, there are a few changes/addition of design that is important for usage of this incubator. I found that once the rollers are removed and the egg rotation motor is disconnected, the hatched chicks flipped into the open spaces on each side, one had its head/neck lodges between the roller slots. I added a cut and rolled hand towel to both sides. Which is okay, but had to open the incubator on lockdown, which you're not supposed to do. Also, the backside of the lid (motor side) did not seal, keeping the humidity consistent was an issue the entire time. Returned and refunded.
