When your local feed store runs out, of course Amazon has it in stock!
The only brand we like to have for our babies is this one. A very nutrient dense and good quality formula that helps us make sure our babies are healthy! The overall size is great for even day old chicks to eat. Buying in small batches helps with minimal mold issues, so for me the feed is almost always fresh this way. We currently have Polish, Silkie Bantams and Runner ducks in the brooder and I didn’t want to switch feed on them now so fortunately Amazon had the feed available so I immediately purchased!! It isn’t required but I do also add (non-medicated) duckling feed and just mix it up with this one to give to the baby ducks. Only downfall was that I ordered the item on Saturday with guaranteed delivery for Sunday, so I was at a ballgame while hoping the package would be waiting for me when I got home but unfortunately it was delayed until the following day.. While I know this is probably our fault for living way out deep in the holler, USPS does run 7 days a week and usually our Sunday deliveries aren’t an issue.. I would order again and I would recommend to anyone looking for baby chick feed!

Great starter feed.
We started our chicks on this and it worked for them. The chicks loved it for about 8-10 weeks before I switched them to a regular feed. It lasted in the pantry just fine and we sealed it up, but they ate it fast enough that I wouldn't worry about shelf life. Nothing wrong with ylthe ingredients to me, the grew up happy and healthy.

Our baby chicks seemed to really like this feed. I feel that the price was reasonable and the quality was good. It came packaged well. I’ve naught this brand and feed multiple times now. We really think it’s worth it!

Great chick and pullet feed! But price went up 40%
Why did you pick this product vs others?: My 8 week old Buff Orpington pullets love their ManaPro! My girls did not go through the ugly stage of chicks to pullets, because of the high quality of this food. My Orps are feathered so sweetly, and folks say they are beautiful ladies, I think this is due to the quality of the ManaPro chick grower food. Update: not fair, price went up 40%. Why? I am researching and changing brands.

My chick loved this feed when she was small. This bag lasted months for my one chicken. She happily eats every bit of what is put in her bowl! We have now moved on to the Layer Feed which is great as well!

These were HUGE unbroken pellets. They look nothing like the photo in the description. A chick will not be able to swallow them. So disappointed. I even bought 2 bags.
