Llevo años usándola porque es la que más me gusta, es la razón principal. Me sienta genial, hay algunas que se queja la gente que son indigestas, pues esta no, o al menos a mi. He probado otras proteínas pero no me terminan de gustar, así que la recomiendo sí o sí. No soy nutricionista para compararlas con otros y demás, pero es una proteína bastante limpian y que contiene suficiente proteína, así que por usar otra marca no te vas a poner más fuerte, se trata de un complemento y que queréis que os diga pero para mi es importante el sabor, así que terminar de entrenar y tomarla es super agradable.

Very sweet, is too sweet for my taste but because that is perfect with water.
