There are very few options for getting L Theanine, L Threonate and Apigenin in one supplement, andsince starting to take this one, I have slept really very well, highly recommended!

These work better than L threonate alone, I tend to struggle with sleep but these are a massive help.

So you take it for sleep, right? No discernible effect other than a diuretic. This resulted in the little sleep I get being non existent. I actually feel the supplement market is targeting the vulnerable. It's bandit country. I wish I had the money to do an anaylsis. If your a genuine insommniac AVOID
