Great mat. I received my mat quickly. All lights working. Easy to put together and use immediately. The mat is large enough for my whole body. Iam 5’5 150 lbs and have extra room on all sides. The mat is thick but not to heavy. I lay on top and also put the mat on top of me like a blanket. I use level 5 and its warm but not hot. It is warm enough to be very relaxing. I was paying alot of money to go to a wellness center ti lay in the red light bed and now having this at home is a great option. It is very worth the money. I feel the price is good compared to other mats like this

I like this mat. It seems well constructed and I enjoy using it. However, it has a potential fatal flaw. It comes with a proprietary power supply with an embedded rheostat (pictured). Out of the box the dial is set to Max. Dialing it down dims the light intensity, but this can also be done by selecting one of the five power levels, P1 through P5. Therefore, it only seems useful if you wanted to attempt to simulate a level 3.5, for instance, which you could never do by eye. You'd need a sensitive light intensity metering device of some sort, so this seems like a useless feature. My problem with the unit is that the power supply box gets concerningly hot after 60 minutes of use at level P3. Hot to the point that you're wondering if the casing will warp. I don't think this is safe. I'd hate to think how hot it would be after 90 minutes at power level 5. Therefore, it seems unlikely that this unit could ever be used to its full potential. It was plugged directly into the wall socket btw.I attempted to reach out to the seller, who has an outlook.com email address (never a good sign), regarding this issue and have yet to receive a response. I would therefore warn you that there is seemingly no legitimate vendor standing behind this device and once the 30 day return window closes, you and I will both be SOL. I can't see how the power supply could possibly last, getting so hot on a regular basis. I may try to cool my power supply with a fan, or by resting it on a covered ice pack, but this should not be necessary. If it were an inexpensive device, I might take a chance. Given the fact that I'm out of pocket more than $350 at the time of this writing, it seems like a very bad bet.It could be that my unit is simply defective. I'll most likely send it back for a replacement. I'll let you know what happens with the second unit.UPDATE: Before my initial review was even published, customer service reached out to me and offered to send a new power brick, which I received promptly, drop shipped from Walmart, of all places. The new (identical) power supply gets hot too, but I have mitigated this by propping the unit at a 45-degree angle and using a small fan to circulate air around it. It's the bottom surface that seems to generate the most heat, so airflow beneath keeps the until very cool. Initially the bottom surface of the brick was resting on carpet so that compounded the problem. Now that the heat issue is solved, I'm upping my rating to 5 stars due to the perceived high quality of the product so far, and the excellent customer service I received.

I’ve been looking for this for a long time. Great price with multiple modes and fits me perfectly as I am 6 feet tall. It’s very portable too, and I can take it with me on trips.

This has a very powerful chemical smell. I used it once out of the box and felt suffocated in chemicals. It was so bad, I had to shower and wash my bedding to get the smell off. I hung it out in the garage for several days to outgas it. It stunk up the whole garage. After it dissipated, I brought I back in to try again. Although it’s not as strong, it’s still pretty bad. I’ve used it 3 times and I have to take a shower after to get smell off. I have wiped it down and other than that, I don’t think there’s anything else that can be done besides wait a bit longer to see if will improve further. If it doesn’t, I will be returning it sadly.

My wife loves this and even has her girlfriends using it! The mat is high quality and easy to use. It has multiple intensities and can be adjusted for your preference. It is relaxing to use and seems to help with body stiffness especially after a workout.

I've been using this from Jan 2025 to March 2025 and it works really well. It warms me up in a gentle way, not a sweaty way, and my body stays warm when I usually am very chilly. I like the intensity options and the time options, I'm trying to be as careful with it as possible because it is kind of expensive, because I recall reading reviews that said it had broken. I have always been careful with it, and recently I noticed that the black coating on the wire from the power source is pulling away from the block. Which is exposing the colored wires that are pretty sturdy looking inside, but I think I will cover that area with black electric tape to protect them further. That is why it got four stars because for the cost I don't want to see any of the wires inside the cord. I keep trying to remember to contact the company and let them know about it in case they wish to help and replace that part, but so far I have forgotten with my busy schedule. But I am satisfied with the quality and I like the little cloth bag inside I like to roll up the mat gently and put it in that for storage out of the way.
