★★★★★ Outstanding Product Backed by Outstanding Customer Service I purchased two GOOLOO A3 Jump Starters with Air Compressors for my family vehicles, including a Toyota Sienna and Hyundai Palisade. The unit itself is packed with useful features. It combines a powerful jump starter, air compressor, emergency light, and portable power bank in a compact package that is easy to store in the vehicle. The air compressor is simple to use, and having one device that handles multiple roadside emergencies is extremely convenient. One of my two units unfortunately developed a defect and began overheating. While that was disappointing, what happened next is why I am writing this five-star review. I contacted GOOLOO customer support and was assisted by Fiona. She responded quickly, took the issue seriously, and worked with me throughout the entire process. Amazon ultimately determined that the defective lithium battery unit should not be returned because of safety concerns and advised proper disposal. Without any arguments, delays, or unnecessary back-and-forth, GOOLOO immediately arranged a replacement and shipped it directly to me. The replacement arrived quickly and has been working perfectly. In my experience, the true test of a company is not when everything goes right. It is how they respond when something goes wrong. GOOLOO stood behind their product, communicated professionally, and resolved the issue promptly. I have dealt with many companies over the years, and the level of after-sales support I received from Fiona and the GOOLOO team genuinely impressed me. The product is excellent, and the customer service was even better. Highly recommended.

We spend a lot of time in Baja California, and rough, unpaved roads result in lots of tire punctures. Having a decent air compressor is therefore "necessary equipment". This unit inflates tires reasonably quickly, automatically displays the pressure in the tire before you set the desired inflation pressure, and shuts off automatically when the desired pressure is reached. The display is easy to read. The short, detachable hose is easily attached and removed, and stores in the bag with the pump. The hose length works for most common automobile tires, and will work for oversize tires by rotating the wheel to bring the valve stem closer to the ground. Attachment to the valve stem is easily accomplished with its lever-lock working end. The unit can additionally function as a battery booster for starting a vehicle with a low battery. Installation of the cable for that purpose is easily done, and it worked just fine when we had to use it on one of our two vehicles one morning, allowing the car to be started quickly and easily. Charging is accomplished with a standard USB charging cable (USB-A style at one end, and USB-C style connector at the other end). We had a puncture that required the pump to be used multiple times to get the 12 miles back to a tire repair shop. We could charge the pump up easily and quite quickly via the vehicle's USB port, stopping every few miles to pump the tire back up enough to keep going on the highway without having to go through the trouble of unloading the trunk to change the tire for the "doughnut" spare at the side of the road. Having those two experiences just shortly after we received the pump was more than enough proof that we should have another for our other car. I'd recommend it for its small, easily stowable size, good battery capacity and ease of use.

Pros: works great, holds a charge for a couple months and can still us it. cant start a pickup about 3 times before you have to charge it again. .... can start a small engine (lawnmower) prob about 12 times before needs charged. Cons: the plug is kind of tight going in and can sometimes be a pain. You also have to hit the "boost" button to start something... that should just be an automatic thing.

Good piece of equipment! Worked the first time out, though it does need to be charged. Compact, you can keep it in your trunk. It's got lots of miscellaneous features. The spot light is not overly bright, but you'd be happy to have it late at night. I haven't had it that long yet, but be aware, the battery slowly fades and the unit should be recharged every few months. I had a different brand before, but it was lost in a fire. That is the only issue I have with these.

This GOOLOO A3 jump starter has been a great addition to my emergency kit. The 3000A power provides plenty of confidence for jump-starting a vehicle when needed, and having the built-in air compressor is a huge bonus. The compressor is convenient for topping off tires, and the digital display makes it easy to monitor the pressure. The unit feels solid, is easy to use, and saves having to carry multiple tools for basic roadside situations. I like that it’s rechargeable, portable, and gives me peace of mind knowing I have it with me. Hopefully I won’t need it often, but when I do, it’s nice to have a reliable backup. Definitely recommend for any driver.

I bought this in 2025 and it has been great for checking tire pressure. It's very fast and light, unlike my old, heavy compressor/charger. It seems like I'm always having to replace valve stems so this is a must have for me. I finally needed it for a dead battery. I tried my old Duralast first because it was fully charged, but I couldn't get my car to crank even after leaving it for half an hour. The next morning I tried THIS charger and tried it almost immediately and it cranked right up. I then drove to get a new battery. This one was MUCH cheaper and better quality than the ones I saw at local stores.

This was bought about 6 months ago and I just wanted to use it before I wrote a review. First I charged it totally, it seemed like it took a while, but after an over night it was fully charged. After about three weeks, I had a low tire so that was taken care of, the compressor is loud that is why the 4 star rating. Then I aired up tires on a garden wagon, again no problems. The it was put in the trunk of my car. Last month I checked it and the battery gauge had dropped one bar, that is one bar out of four. Just a few minutes ago my neighbor came over needing his car jumped. The gauge still at three of four. The neighbor’s car started immediately no problem, the jumper cables were just the right length. Any way I will be giving some of these for Christmas. Other than the loud compressor, I am very pleased with this emergency tool.

Everyone with a car, needs this. But as a woman who leaves for work at 3-4am sometimes, this is an important easy tool. When I bought my first car, I didn’t have any emergency equipment. After a few situations, I learned the importance of LED flares and things I can use without help such as this jump starter / tire inflator. My coworker’s car was having engine trouble so she parked and left it. I drove her to the car and told her that I would give her a jump instead of her paying for a tow truck. She asked if I knew how and did I have the right cables. She was shocked when I used the starter and told her to look at the positive/negative ports. Simple. Her car started immediately. The next day she needed a jump again, which I gave her. She plans on purchasing it (after she buys a new battery I suppose?) Two days later, I saw my neighbor in distress. Same thing. Her car wouldn’t start and she had to get to the hospital for her shift. I gave her a boost and demonstrated how to use it. She hasn’t had any issues in the past two weeks. I can’t believe I used it three times in one week and it still had half battery. I also put air in my tires with no problem. Not sure if it makes a difference but both of them have SUV’s and it was fine. I gave my original jump start to my father because he didn’t have one which he ended up using last year. I bought the Gooloo to consolidate it with the tire pump. I hope I won’t need to use it again anytime soon but I’m so thankful to have it.
