Bought these to do leg stretches as I have sciatica and they’ve been a godsend. Only issue was with delivery. The Amazon driver posted the parcel across the street for no reason whatsoever but that isn’t the fault of the seller. Overall they are good value for money and the quality is good. Can’t comment on durability as I haven’t had them long enough but I hope they last!

These are great for the beginners and such a great price

I suppose you get what you pay for and they were quite cheap. One of my mostly used bands has lasted about two months and it’s started to tear.

These are a good selection of bands to help with physio, they have a bag to store them away in neatly.

Great work out with those bands.

筋トレとか全くゴリゴリやるタイプじゃないけど、 ながら運動しようと思い購入。 個包装で5枚、硬さの違うバンドが入っています。 1番弱い青から強い黒までありますが、 だいたい何キロくらいの強度か書いた紙が入ってます。 動きによって一つ一つ使ってると物足りないなぁと思ったりもするので、二つ組み合わせたりして使ってみてますが、 意外と弱いのでも重ねると全然違って、バリエーション豊富になるので良いなと思ってます。 （正しい使い方かはわかりませんが…） 値段も安いのでおすすめです。

I started to use these in Pilates. Now I use them every night to stretch my legs every night. They are the best to use for tired muscles and there are soooo many exercises you can do with them. I look them in google. These bands are also different strengths so you can start off light and build up. 5 came in a pack and all different levels.
