Cooler Master Tempest GP2711
The Monitor Arrived Safely Double Boxed. Very Easy To Setup & The Picture Quality Is Excellent. If You Catch It On Sale Its A Great Value Purchase. I Give It 4 Stars out of 5.

Crystal clear!
This packs a wallop for the price. 1440p HDR on a midrange budget. The local dimming doesn't look as good as an OLED but for the price point it's phenomenal. I recommend turning off local dimming completely for non-gaming use, which is really easy to do. Medium or even High look excellent in most games. Ergonomics and adjustability are excellent. The sound is just okay, I only tested it once before switching to my speakers. Color depth and clarity is excellent. I didn't notice the pink that some reviews seem to be complaining about.

Manufacturer does not honor warranty
Monitor broke within a month and a half through normal usage. It was just outside the return window so I had to go to Cooler Master for an RMA. They approved the RMA, had me pay to ship the monitor to them, and then immediately started dodging me. It's been over two months and they have continued to ghost me. They do not respond to emails and there is no other way to contact their support (no one answers the phone). I will likely never see a refund or returned monitor from the manufacturer and absolutely will never buy a Cooler Master product again and neither should you.

At $130 to $150 it was a really good deal. Get the AOC if the price is over $250.
If you don't mind downloading a software update and sticking it into the usb port it is a good monitor. Out of the box it looked worse than my old Samsung 1080p monitor, not sure how they managed to screw up that bad. After the software update it was pretty good after messing with the settings. The HDR is pretty impressive in the content that supports it. I do wish it had a few preset buttons for custom settings on the front because you will want to change settings for different content.

If you can get this Monster of a Mini Led Monitor for $140 it’s an absolute steal.
I was able to get this brand new for $140 from Woot and after updating to the latest firmware which you get directly off the product page at CM’s website (make sure you do it right away and just have the thumb drive/file ready to go it’s ver 1.5). I stupidly tested it out before doing the firmware update and it was awful in HDR, SDR was great out of the box. After doing the 2 minute update and cycling my computer I have been blown away with how good this panel I really is. No noticeable Ghosting in black ops 6/cyberpunk/horizon remastered etc I would recommend it as long as it’s substantially cheaper than the $280 msrp AOC Q27G3XMN. The Aoc is just a bit less of a gamble and even though it has half of the lightning zones, my AOC actually gets brighter then the CM topping out at 1152 nits while the gp2711 only reaches 1030 nits (both are ungodly bright, so it’s not that big of a deal) Happy monitor hunting my fellow panel nerds and if you can score this for $140 DO IT!

Horrible Firmware and cheap VA panel
Ebay has it for $149 brand new, horrible blacks, contrast, reflections, and ghosting. I would skip this one and look at competitors. For this price point, better to stick to IPS displays as the VA panels can be cheaped out.
