Liffey Artifacts 7.5" Hand Painted Ceramic Wall Plaque Failte

Gorgeous little plaque. The colors are a bit muted and "antiqued" looking in real life as opposed to the photo, but it is still a beautiful piece.

Good product, performs as expected, fair price, delivered quickly. What's not to like?

Unfortunately, the plaque is no longer made in the brighter colors like I liked—but I see they have updated the product picture in response to my situation, and that means a lot.Update: I contacted the seller. They replied promptly and requested a picture. I’ve added a star to my review for that. The cracks in the glaze are actually apparent in the product pic, I just didn’t zoom in before. So that is on me and I do not mind that part so much. I realized mine looks dull because half of the “frame” isn’t painted and the green that is shown in the birds neck is missing. All the parts that are that bright green are very, very light on mine. If they send me a piece that is properly painted, I will update again.I really truly wanted to love this piece. I used to live in Ireland and seeing this made me very nostalgic. However, the colors are just too washed out. Such a pretty design with colors so dull that it is hardly worth hanging. Plus, the glaze is cracked in several places. Not chipped, but makes it look cheap. I understand it is hand painted, but mine looks like a washed out version of what is pictured.

This is a beautiful tile and it goes perfectly with our Celtic tapestry and the matching horizontal "Slainte" tile. We are very, very pleased.

Very nice item. Arrived quickly

I received this item very quickly. It's quite heavier than I thought. Quite substantial. It's as described except for one thing. the color in the picture doesnt really match the item. It's not white, but a yellow-white. I was quite surprised by this. There are 3 plaques in this line, and I had intended to purchase all 3, but I admit that the yellow is a little off-putting to me. I would quite prefer the pure white. I am wondering if the others are also more yellow than pictured.
